El hotel tiene mucha historia, está lleno de vegetación y las habitaciones son numerosas y de estilo retro. Sin embargo, nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no se podía regular la temperatura. Los muebles también eran de estilo del siglo pasado; si bien eran retro, daban un poco de miedo por la noche. Está muy cerca de las principales plazas, a poca distancia a pie, pero un poco lejos del volcán Bromo.

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Overrall you got what your paid. The breakfast is less choice but it is differs every morning. If you don't like to eat in the hotel , the City Grand mall in the step away have many choices. The room cleaning need to improve.

Este hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, con una gran cantidad de comidas y una gran tienda de compras en la Plaza Tunjungan en 5 minutos a pie. El hotel está muy bien situado y el hotel está muy limpio y ordenado. El personal de servicio fue muy útil y capaz de hablar en inglés sencillo. Este hotel es un super valor para quedarse con la familia.

Varna Culture Hotel is located at strategic location closer to Tunjungan Plaza and many local eateries around. But I was given a room at smoking floor although when I booked I already requested for nonsmoking room. We have to inhale lots of 2nd hand smoke which was quite bad for our throat and causing us hard to breathe. The bathroom had given us lots of problems, after we took a shower, we realised the water cannot flow into the drainage hole and stayed floating next to the toilet bowl. The whole floor flooded as the floor design was a problem. When we complained to front desk staff, they already knew the problem but they cannot do anything. They only offered the housekeeper to mop away the water. Which the floor still wet. The water pressure is too low while we on the shower. The shower head positioned wrongly on wall and not flexible which caused the shower water to shoot directly to the opposite wall instead of to our body or face. It wet the whole towel rack and the toilet bowl behind us. Hence, we have to hold the shower head most of the time to ensure we can clean our body thoroughly. Breakfast served was average. The juices were quite plain and no fruit flavour. The overall food served was OK. No minibar in the hotel. We have to buy ice cube 5,000rp for a cup of 4pcs ice cudes.

Instalaciones: buenas Higiene: bien Buen ambiente buen servicio La ubicación es muy buena, ubicada en el centro de Surabaya. Me alojé aquí por tres noches y tuve una buena experiencia.

Room: Good, although my request for city view was declined. They said the room with city view was full. Too bad. I got the room with bad view 🥺 Service: Fast. Time for check-in fast as well as time for check-out. They serve very well. I asked for room service and it was fast. Nicely done Food: Good comforting food. But for the pastry was so-so. The last day we stayed there, they prepared our early breakfast for takeaway, very good pacakaging. The Indonesian food was ok and many variations to choose Amenities: Poor. The towel was not proper to use, too old & we don't get fully amenities, for that we need to call for it. Need to improve. Will I stay there again?... Well, may be. Someday. But Aria not in the top of my list 😅🙏

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Ibis Surabaya City Center. El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo y está convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad. Lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera memorable fue el excelente servicio del personal; fueron increíblemente amables y atentos durante toda mi visita. Además, el servicio de spa del hotel fue fantástico y muy relajante. Estoy muy impresionada con la hospitalidad y la experiencia en general. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que visite Surabaya.

Antes de comentar, quiero decir que todo el personal era amable y muy útil. Entrando en mi habitación las hojas eran grises, tenía agujeros y teñidos. Si usas un lavadero exterior y alquila tu ropa alguien necesita cambiar tu contrato!! Gris no es blanco. Las paredes están cubiertas en el ducha y son sucias. Ducha y toallas están bien. La puerta de fuego no se cerró. Si este es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, es el personal que lo mantienen allí, una revisión aunque en mi opinión te caería a dos estrellas en el mejor! ¡Los propietarios necesitan reinvertir!!

Hotel is conveniently located near train station and various shopping malls. Room amenilies were sparse, had to ask for a second cup as only one provided. Towels were worn and small. Staff were standoffish and not friendly. I ordered a coffee in cafe but it arrived in a chipped cup and that really summed up the quality and care of this establishment.
