Mmighty mousiesLocation is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza.
Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive.
Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works.
Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty.
The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee.
The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe.
Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool.

Kkenskistaying at Kampi for staycation during Christmas holiday. near TP and Tunjungan Street (you can walk, just around 5-10mins walking distance). there was Apsari Park and a lot of food stall from local seblak, fried rice to Burger King, McDonalds, etc. there was one pub/club just across the street from Kampi. the room was quite spacious, though they had no bathtub. first thing first, they provided each roomi with android TV, so you can stream your favorite show on netflix, prime video, etc. definitely will be back here for another short vacation.

UUsuario invitadoNice old style hotel with a lovely garden and the location is all right. The room is also spacious and clean. However, this is a hotel more suitable to tourists than business travellers. All the electrical outlets in the room are connected to the main switch, and so the only way to charge your cellphone at night is to keep at least one light on. The breakfast is average and there is just one bag each of tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water. Request for additional bottles of water will be charged, something which I think is rather unbecoming for a five-star hotel to do.

OofficialmrbensuEs una pena que esta bonita habitación esté descuidada. Hay restos de bebidas en la ventana. Me sorprendió mucho cuando abrí la cortina para ver la vista y encontré un vaso de Reese's sin tirar. La cafetera también estaba polvorienta. Al desayunar, había una marca de pintalabios en el vaso. ¿Cómo se filtró? Espero tener más cuidado en el futuro. Siento no haber fotografiado ayer el vaso y la taza que no habían tirado.

人人生是一场马拉松El desayuno es menos opcional, pero es diferente cada mañana. Si no le gusta comer en el hotel, el Grand Central en el paso de distancia tiene muchas opciones. La limpieza de la habitación necesita mejorar.

Service: Fast. Time for check-in fast as well as time for check-out. They serve very well. I asked for room service and it was fast. Nicely done
Food: Good comforting food. But for the pastry was so-so. The last day we stayed there, they prepared our early breakfast for takeaway, very good pacakaging. The Indonesian food was ok and many variations to choose
Amenities: Poor. The towel was not proper to use, too old & we don't get fully amenities, for that we need to call for it. Need to improve.
Will I stay there again?... Well, may be. Someday. But Aria not in the top of my list 😅🙏

Justo al lado hay una tienda Indomaret abierta las 24 horas (similar a un 7-Eleven) y a unos 10 minutos a pie se encuentra Tunjungan Plaza, un centro comercial muy grande. El hotel ofrece un menú de almuerzo por 30.000 IDR que incluye arroz y té helado ilimitado. Las instalaciones son bastante básicas si no buscas lujos. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el ruido del aire acondicionado. La primera noche, hacía tanto ruido que me mantuvo despierto hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Por lo demás, no tengo ninguna otra queja.

Creo que el personal se ha puesto en una cara valiente y son profesionales en sus funciones.
Entrando en mi habitación las hojas eran grises, tenía agujeros y teñidos. Si usas un lavadero exterior y alquila tu ropa alguien necesita cambiar tu contrato!! Gris no es blanco. Las paredes están cubiertas en el ducha y son sucias. Ducha y toallas están bien. La puerta de fuego no se cerró.
Si este es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, es el personal que lo mantienen allí, una revisión aunque en mi opinión te caería a dos estrellas en el mejor!
¡Los propietarios necesitan reinvertir!!
