Location is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza. Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive. Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works. Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty. The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee. The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe. Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool. .

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel.

Worth it dgn tarif yg diberikan... Hotel bersih dan modern. Kolam renang gk begitu besar namun bersih dan nyaman. Staf cukup membantu, sarapan lumayan lengkap dan enak.

El personal del hotel no es muy amable ni atento. Algunos no entienden inglés básico. Me dejaron de pie sin motivo alguno. Solo cuando pregunté qué esperaba, alguien entró de un salto y me atendió. La habitación estaba bien. La cama era cómoda. Dormí bien. Pero las toallas estaban viejas y con las puntas deshilachadas. ¡Qué asco! La ubicación está a menos de 10 minutos de Tunjungan Plaza, un centro comercial popular. El tráfico es denso, así que cruzar la calle es complicado. No hay agua embotellada, pero las habitaciones tienen jarras para llenarlas de los dispensadores que hay fuera. Buena iniciativa.
