Hoteles en Turpan con aparcamiento

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

The hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service. Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution. Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay.

Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

Lee fue un gran host, habla excelente inglés, y fue muy útil con sugerencias sobre ambas cosas que hacer alrededor de Turpan y también cruzar la frontera cómo informar. La habitación era limpia, y se suministraba con lino limpio (hacer su cama), y con un baño de agua caliente. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es media entre la estación y Turpan, de los cuales no hay una distancia de caminar cómoda, pero los taxis son baratos y fáciles de conseguir. El albergue está a poca distancia de uno de los museos de irrigación de agua muy interesantes, y hay un buen restaurante Uighur a diez minutos a pie. Si estás en un presupuesto, buscando un lugar de estilo “vibe de viajero”, y no te preocupes por el poco fuera del camino, esta es una opción excelente.

Esta es la pensión con mejor relación calidad-precio en la que me he alojado, y sin duda volvería. Ubicada en el primer callejón después de la calle principal, ofrece privacidad y tranquilidad, pero sin impedir el acceso a pie a la calle comercial, que cuenta con una gran variedad de restaurantes. La pensión en sí es elegante y limpia, creando un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. El personal es increíblemente amable y acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y ordenadas, con detalles decorativos muy cuidados.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y los suministros de instalaciones son marcas de primera línea. El aire acondicionado central es fuerte y silencioso. La cama es suave y el baño se seca. Situado en el área de paisaje, la entrada es libre. La hermana pequeña de la recepción es hermosa y agradable. El desayuno es rica y la residencia es muy cómoda. Gracias por el servicio de atención del hotel. ¡Esperamos vernos en el próximo!

First and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows. The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity. The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.
