Hoteles en Turpan con desayuno

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito. Puede imaginar lo que se habría querido quedarse durante la temporada de uva completa. El pequeño viñedo en el complejo del hotel y los viñedos infinitos fuera. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La casa de la ciudad está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno fue preparado hermosamente por la hermosa dama en la cocina. La barrera lingüística no impide que uno sea gentil. La comida era deliciosa, perfecta mezcla de comida. Location very good in the city centre. You can walk to the museum and lake in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and a good supermarket minutes away. Staff at check in very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, if you like Chinese style. Room was spacious and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time! Aircon was reasonable - temperatures outside were still quite mild for Turpan. However, if I was booking in the summer months I would check reviews on Trip beforehand to make sure it was coping with the high temperatures. No fridge in the room, which was a surprising for a modern 4 star hotel and would be another disadvantage in the summer months there. Breakfast only starts at 0800. On the day I left, I had to get a taxi at 0750. The lovely ayis in the kitchen gave me a box of food to go and slept encouraging me to take even more food! However, no one was on at reception at that time! Overall, good in many areas but needs to improve in others.

El jefe es muy amable. La tía que cocina es su madre. La comida es deliciosa y el lugar está impecable. Originalmente planeé quedarme solo un día, pero el patio se siente tan bien, con un ambiente genial. El jefe siempre piensa en nosotros. Cuando nos fuimos, vio que nuestro coche estaba un poco sucio y se ofreció a lavarlo. Me conmovió mucho. Esta es mi primera reseña en Ctrip y cambió por completo mi percepción de las casas de familia. Si todas las casas de familia fueran así, ¿quién se alojaría en un hotel? Finalmente, le deseo al jefe un negocio próspero. Un jefe así debería hacerse rico.

¡Un lugar simplemente genial! Excelente relación calidad-precio, el lugar está lleno de hermosos viñedos, parece sacado de un cuento de hadas. Hay un servicio de transporte rápido y eficiente. La habitación con forma de barril de vino es estupenda y está limpia, el personal es muy amable y eficiente; nos ayudaron bastante. El desayuno es excelente y variado, y también hay opciones vegetarianas. Existe la posibilidad de lavandería gratuita y la recepción está disponible las 24 horas. El tour por la bodega fue precioso y el largo canal es impresionante. El transporte del tren al hotel y del hotel al tren funcionó de maravilla. Para mejorar, la piscina estuvo sucia durante toda nuestra estancia; por lo demás, ¡es un lugar increíble! Volveremos pronto.
