Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. La estación de tren de Turpan se encuentra en la estación de tren de Turpan, muy suave, n caliente. Luego llegando al lobby, lleno de calor norte sonreídas Wellington, del personal, luego el agua de bienvenida melon n el melon, nos ayudó a liberar las tensiones de tren,... Luego el cómodo, alojamientos, ( 2 alojamientos A marco , muy cómodo, el breeze n pájaros cantantes n 2 grandes potes de té herbáceo con flores aromáticas, n rosa,..muchos frutos secos, resina, figos n más,, más tarde, en la noche de la refrescación, melón n melón de agua, , Más tarde en la noche gratis café n chocolate cakes,,.. Desayuno, simple n suficiente para un día de actividad, todos los artículos para cenar raglan, n frutas fritas, n kebabs, , uno de los mejores mientras me acuerdo en los últimos años. Gracias al personal de habla inglés por organizar nuestra ruta de viaje n seleccionar el transporte. Personal gracias por ayudarme a encontrar el mejor barbero por mi corte de pelo, que horarios ocupados , de vuelta a casa en Japón El personal de la hotelera es mucho más profesional que nuestro pago . Tenemos que prolongar nuestra estancia dos veces,.. ya nos falta el lugar.. Gracias.

Excelente ubicación con fácil acceso al transporte público. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, haciendo que los huéspedes se sintieran como en casa. El desayuno fue abundante y delicioso, y el personal del restaurante fue sumamente amable y atento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y luminosas, y el personal de limpieza fue considerado y atento. Una estancia muy agradable, totalmente recomendable.

We booked on short notice ten minutes before arrival and were absolutely surprised. Despite the language barrier the team of receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay, and more. We slept very well in the new, comfortable beds. The bathroom itself is bigger than some hotel rooms elsewhere. The real highlight though was the complimentary breakfast we, were offered. Plenty of great food to choose from, coffee and tea. Upon checkout we could store our luggage for free until our train departed. All in all, great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

El hotel está ubicado en el Centro Cultural y Artístico, al que los huéspedes tienen acceso gratuito. Ofrecen espectáculos de música y danza tradicionales uigures durante todo el día. La habitación es bastante agradable y el wifi funciona mejor que en la mayoría de los lugares donde nos hemos alojado. El desayuno era básico, para llevar y servido en la habitación, ya que era temporada baja y había pocos huéspedes. En general, estuvo bien para una estancia de una o dos noches.

This is quite an old hotel that recently got a new management by Rezen who introduced some small refreshes to the property. But the hardware remains old. Lots of electric and drainage problems. The good thing is that the location is excellent, opposite the dinosaur museum and with plenty of food options and shops around. The Kumtag scenic area is 6 kilometres away. Another good thing is that the mattresses are new a d the bedsheets clean. The reality is that this hotel needs a complete costly overhaul which is unlikely to happen with the fierce hotel competition in Shanshan and relatively low hotel rates. Overall it was ok

遊玩結束，入住葡萄溝景區核心民宿：再遇美宿（達瓦孜店）。 當日房源爆滿，老闆貼心把我們分散安置在自家三家門店，雖房間分散，但環境乾淨整潔、老闆熱情大方，還免費請我們吃本地葡萄，整體入住體驗很暖心。真心建議葡萄溝住兩晚最合適，一晚太趕，兩晚才能慢逛休整、沉浸式感受綠洲慢生活。 傍晚順路打卡坎兒井民俗園（青蛙巷），街區商業化偏重、商鋪居多，但原生態葡萄園超治癒。遇到和善的本地老闆，大方允許我們免費拍照打卡。七月中旬葡萄尚未熟透、口感偏酸，我們衹觀景沒有采摘。 夜晚逛本地人專屬葡萄夜市，煙火氣十足。 晚餐解鎖超多新疆硬菜：爆炒羊頭、蒜蓉烤茄子、鮮嫩烤鱸魚、羊肉饢、特色炒土豆絲、烤肉串、烤韭菜、豆皮金針菇，每一口都是地道西域風味。 新疆時差比內地晚2小時，白晝超長、遊玩時間超級充裕。本地西瓜、哈密瓜甜度爆表、汁水充盈，每日實現頂級水果自由，是內地完全吃不到的自然香甜。 高温消耗極大，全員胃口大開、全程靠冰鎮飲品解暑。同行妹妹中途短暫頭暈，簡單休整後滿血恢復。整日暴曬後皮膚泛紅曬傷，回民宿緊急敷面膜修護。民宿旁夜間十點的達瓦孜非遺高空表演，因當日遊玩疲憊遺憾錯過，屬於可去可不去的小遺憾。 次日清晨民宿早餐極度接地氣、配置簡單：小米粥、饅頭、雞蛋、鹹菜，雞蛋人頭定量、無多餘補給。我們自行加餐泡麪、火雞腿、麪包填飽肚子。 店內服務兩極分化：大部分年長阿姨温柔貼心，唯獨一位壯碩女店員態度惡劣、極其敷衍，拒絕收拾桌面、吝嗇加餐，嚴重拉低民宿好感，希望店家能規範服務管理。 次日白天深度暢遊5A葡萄溝景區——二年級語文課本《葡萄溝》實景地。 整片景區是綿延數公里的巨型綠洲峽谷，私家車無法通行，必須坐區間車遊覽。我們住宿就在景區腹地，依舊專程驅車5公里走正門完整打卡，不留遺憾。 景區大門免門票，40元區間車環線暢遊。標誌性布依魯克渠疊水瀑布、紅色葡萄溝大字打卡，氛圍感拉滿。 和本地居民閑聊得知：前幾日吐魯番連續四天49℃極端高温+片區停電！對比今日45℃的天氣，已經算是温柔涼爽，真切見識了火洲的極致酷熱。

En Turpan hacía un calor sofocante, pero entrar en el hotel fue como respirar aire fresco. La habitación era espaciosa, así que no nos sentimos apretados. Justo enfrente, pudimos encontrar fácilmente un sitio para comer pollo en abundancia, lo cual fue muy práctico. El desayuno también era abundante y comimos muy bien, sobre todo los huevos, que estaban increíblemente frescos.

El entorno está tranquilo, elegante, sin un lío de cama. Es adecuado para los viajeros que les gustan descansar tranquilos para quedarse con agua caliente y mantenerse estable todo el día. La calidad de los suministros de baño es muy buena. La habitación también puede ver el atardecer
