LLAW YCCleanliness and services are excellent. There are free coffee and water provided at the lobby The location is a little bit far from the scenic area but there are restaurants and a mall found in the nearby Comfortable and quiet to stay at here. Good hotel

ZZiyouren1927La ubicación del hotel Liu Xiang es excelente. El otro lado del hotel es la calle Liu Xiang, no está muy lejos de los parques de Liu Xiang, la ruta de la plaza y otras atracciones. Desde el momento en que entró en el hall del hotel, me sorprendió el estilo decorado del hotel. Aunque el hotel está inaugurado poco tiempo, No hay un clima hermoso, pero los detalles son tan bajos. CCheng Hock TehLove the guest receptionists and the manager’s attention. They were willing to go an extra mile and I am grateful for their services. Although slight improvement is that perhaps they can think about how to assist hotel guests with delivery services or help point to apps or assist in some ways to provide above and beyond guest services. Overall I love the location near to zhujiang food street (offers all the good local food outlets and restaurants with walking distances), not far from the railway stations, and within a scooter ride from the new and more modern areas of Shantou (mixc shopping malls etc )

UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

TTravellingWallyNo regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. The biggest highlight is its prime location—right in the heart of a bustling area, surrounded by popular food stalls and restaurants. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the convenience of having amazing local eats just a short walk away. The room itself is clean and spacious, comfortably fitting four adults. The design is modern and trendy, making it a great spot for photos. Housekeeping does a great job of cleaning the room daily, which adds to the comfort of the stay. Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable, especially for the location and room size, making it a good option for families. However, the biggest downside is the lift. There’s only one small lift shared between the homestay and the restaurant below, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. The lift also feels a bit dirty and smelly, likely due to some guests smoking inside. I even saw someone spit in the corner, which was quite unpleasant.
