It's amazing that the rooms provided at such a price are quite large, yet practical. Our family of five arrived late (past one o’clock in the morning) by plane. Thanks to the front desk guy who took us from the parking lot to the hotel. Otherwise, with kids, 4 luggages, raining heavily, midnight, one could imagine how disastrous would be without the help from the hotel front desk! The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is also very good. I’m not sure if this is due to the friendly personality of Qingdao people or just Atour staff, people I met when I touched down from Qingdao airport to convenient storekeeper to driver, I found that people here are very easy-going. For this reason, I am looking forward to this trip at Qingdao. 😊

Location in quite area,lots of food restaurants close by, no noice of cars or other guests, metro station in 10 min walk with suitcase exit D, 3 stairs + 8 stairs, not exit A as you hve to cross road 4 lanes,breakfastbuffet,coffee nachine,meat with bones fried,boiled,scrambled eggs available, cakes too

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

¡Recomiendo muchísimo esta habitación doble con vista al mar junto a la playa de Shichangzhe en el distrito de Laoshan! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, lo que la hace increíblemente conveniente. La habitación ofrece una vista panorámica del mar azul, con vista directa a la playa de Shichangzhe. Podrás contemplar el amanecer sobre el mar por la mañana y sentir la suave brisa marina por la tarde. Las camas individuales son amplias y cómodas, la ropa de cama está limpia y confortable, la habitación es luminosa y limpia, y las instalaciones son completas. El baño tiene ducha y WC separados, y los artículos de aseo están a tu disposición. El ambiente es tranquilo y apacible, lo que garantiza una estancia muy confortable. ⭐️ Thank you to NICKY and KIMI. ⭐️ This was my first time booking a stay at the Westin Hotel. I didn't have high expectations, but thanks to the staff, it turned out to be a very good experience. At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

La ubicación es muy agradable, la ubicación es muy alta, la de una unidad 40-minute, y la unidad es hermosa. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
