00超驚喜的南山竹海民宿體驗，住兩天都捨不得走！ 來南山竹海旅遊，最幸運的就是選對了這家民宿！住了整整兩天，從入住到離開全程舒心，完全超出預期～ 民宿的環境真的太戳我了！屋後有棵掛滿果實的柿子樹，紅澄澄的果子襯着白牆，隨手一拍都是田園小景。旁邊還有一方池塘，風吹過泛起漣漪，配上週圍的綠植，滿是詩情畫意，坐在這裏發呆都覺得愜意。我住的房間帶獨立陽台，清晨拉開窗簾就能呼吸到山林間的清新空氣，遠離城市喧囂，太治癒了！ 重點誇誇老闆家的招牌魚頭！都是自家新鮮現做的，湯汁奶白濃郁，魚肉鮮嫩無腥，一口下去鮮掉眉毛，連湯都忍不住喝光，絕對是來這兒不能錯過的美味～ 而且民宿衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着特別安心。就是第二天那個雞不太好吃，裏面的配菜筍和蘑菇還可以。 老闆和老闆娘人也特別熱情，會耐心推薦遊玩路線，還會分享當地小眾打卡點，細節處滿是貼心。不管是環境、衞生還是美食，都無可挑剔，下次來南山竹海一定還住這兒！推薦給所有來旅遊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷～

Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

MM15578****El servicio del jefe y del administrador es muy bueno. Llamar a los clientes antes de que se les lleve, puede ayudar a reservar billetes calientes, y el precio es más barato que el propio (aunque no llegamos a tiempo para reemplazar los billetes). No conducimos, el jefe nos envía a jugar y comer en el mar, en realidad no está lejos, el jefe teme que nos abrazamos. El cuarto es muy limpio, las instalaciones están completas, el foco en la cama y los productos de cama son muy cómodos, la noche está muy tranquila. El desayuno es muy rico, y si no hay suficiente comida, puedes encontrar a un tutor más. En resumen, la experiencia es excelente.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

MM49833****Instalaciones: Sen Hotel y el hotel de vacaciones son una marca, Sen Hotel es una nueva reparación, la actualización de las instalaciones y el entorno también es mejor.
La habitación de los padres de loft, el cuarto es especialmente grande, hay tres plantas en el último, dos camas grandes, una cama pequeña, la zona de jugar a niños en el piso superior. Un viaje de cinco personas, espacio escaso. Las instalaciones en el cuarto también son relativamente completas, la experiencia de vivir en general es bastante buena.
El punto más conveniente es que el hotel y el calentador están conectados. Desde el pasillo del hotel se puede llegar directamente a una recepción cálida, no tiene que ir al exterior, y por el billete del hotel se puede entrar indefinidamente en el calentador en tres días, lo que es bastante conveniente.
En cuanto a la comida, el restaurante chino tiene un buen sabor, el precio global es ligeramente alto, hay un número especial de restaurantes en la puerta de salida, probablemente 1/3 por persona en el restaurante chino. La comida es rica en autobús y los niños comen dulces.
Salud: satisfactoria.
El entorno: muy bueno. En torno a Berlín, con los ojos verdes. Recomendación para que se pueda hospedar en este tipo de habitación de cinco personas, un poco caro, una mejor experiencia! ¡Pero el viaje es rápido, no hay tiempo para hacer una visita de habitación, es realmente un genio.
Servicio: el servicio también es una sorpresa! ¡Con un administrador exclusivo, y nosotros somos Du Tong, comienza a contactar con un día de antelación, cualquier problema puede comunicarse directamente con el administrador, y la respuesta es especialmente oportuna, actualizar el tipo de habitación, sugerencias de ruta turística, reservar billetes, incluso un calor, es una gran ayuda! ¡Super!
La experiencia global de la calorosa y la calorosa mar 7-8 puntos, la comercialización es demasiado grave, el hotel es el punto brillante de esta visita!

TTarnsA very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

UUsuario invitadoThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

環境：藏在山林的寶藏祕境！推窗就是蒼翠竹海和雲霧山景，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，傍晚在露台喝茶看落日，空氣裏滿是草木清香，徹底遠離城市喧囂。庭院裏的綠植、鞦韆和小擺件都很有格調，隨手拍都是治癒系大片。
餐食：地道農家味太驚艷！早餐有紅薯 南瓜 麪條 米粥、、鹹菜新鮮可口；正餐的天目湖魚頭湯鮮掉眉毛，還有燉土雞、溧陽小炒等農家菜，食材都是本地新鮮採摘，吃着放心又滿足。
設施：配套超齊全！不僅有免費停車場、高速WiFi和智能家居，還有泳池、小酒館能燒烤喝茶，全家都能找到樂趣。房間裏床品柔軟親膚，遮光窗簾和隔音效果都很好，住着特別舒適。
衞生：乾淨到無可挑剔！房間角落、衞生間枱麪都一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光味，洗漱用品品質在線。公共區域也定時打掃，庭院和活動區整潔有序，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別安心。
已經把這家民宿列入復購清單，下次來還住這裏！推薦給所有想遠離喧囂、享受山水田園生活的朋友～

Mmilkydo元旦突然想去周邊走走，發現這邊套餐還能核銷，所以臨時約了這個行程。加價確實厲害，但可以理解。酒店很親子，很多配套都是針對親子遊客户的錢，來了發現果然都是帶娃家庭。住的是園庭大床房，管家茜茜提前一天來電確認到達時間和加微信，提前發定位和注意事項。對房間或者酒店活動餐飲有任何問題或者要求都可以直接跟管家説，由管家來安排，真的很方便。而且有一説一，享受過這麼多酒店的管家服務，這邊管家的響應速度還是很快的，尤其是在假期滿房的狀態下。
房間硬件設施不錯，備品都是Aesop，電吹風是戴森，自動感應夜燈。軟件方面酒店元旦活動也不錯，每晚都有煙火秀，因為周邊好幾個酒店，都在放煙火，對比下來這邊的確實相對好看。贈送的頌缽體驗也不錯，很讓人放鬆。
美中不足的就是元旦人真的太多了，早飯安排有點混亂，餐廳滿座了竟然讓客人自己找空位有點不可思議，希望後面應對巨大流量的時候能夠有更好的管理措施。另外元旦兩天都沒有聽到波浪鼓聲音玩那個弔籃伴手禮，不知道是不是人太多了太吵了沒有聽到，也有點小遺憾吧。

PPllyicixin&dudu一樓泳池房的黴味很重，不推薦。而且燈光昏暗，有些老舊
看得出酒店想往親子方面發展，不過細節還可以再提升。比如準備一下小童浴袍，酒店早餐可以設定小童區域。親子活動看似很多，但都很一般。撿雞蛋活動其實就是隔着圍欄喂喂雞。在草坪上泡泡派對，臟臟的而且氣味很大，好幾個孩子玩一會都瘋狂咳嗽。篝火晚會也辦的很無聊。
