JJideyishufenlihuaAntes de las largas vacaciones, viajamos con nuestros hijos y mascotas y elegimos el Hotel Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con vistas al lago Tianmu, donde se puede contemplar la puesta de sol en un día despejado. El servicio del hotel fue excelente; nuestro mayordomo, Zeng, nos contactó con antelación por WeChat para cambiarnos a una habitación familiar y reservar una mesa para cenar. La sopa de cabeza de pescado del lago Tianmu se sirvió en un tazón enorme, fresco y delicioso. Cenamos en el hotel las dos noches, y los platos estrella (camarones de río en salsa de soja, tofu guisado con champiñones y ganso hervido) estaban exquisitos. La piscina termal pública tenía un amplio horario de apertura. Siguiendo la excursión recomendada por Zeng, visitamos el Mar de Bambú de Nanshan y vimos los monos Huali y Xing'an, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo.

UUsuario invitadoCon nuestra piscina privada y tubo de primavera caliente en casa, nos disfrutamos de una estupenda estancia tranquila en esta hermosa zona. La villa cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con una mesa de té, sofás de tamaño excesivo y una TV de cristal aguda. La habitación también es muy grande con una cubierta de ducha suave. Un enorme baño con ducha y WC separados. Las instalaciones son lujosas y en buenas dimensiones. IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place!
The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring.
The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool.
The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest.
Will I recommend this hotel - YES

UUsuario anónimoQueremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia.
Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas.
El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial.
No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

Wang Zheng, el director de la empresa, está muy atento y está organizado claramente desde el tratamiento de la estadía hasta la consulta de juegos. El entorno del hotel es limpio y cómodo. HHandsome2482This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life.
The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station.
If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

UUsuario invitadoFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

TTarnsUna cama y cucharas muy cómodas, una hermosa ducha, un buen wifi, una ubicación ideal y un servicio al cliente de alta calidad. Ubicación - 10 minutos en taxi de la estación de tren de Liyang 15rmb, el autobús 1 se dirige a la estación de tren, y muchos restaurantes a una distancia de paseo.

UUsuario invitadoEl 1 de mayo, fuimos a Liu Yang con nuestra niña y novias, vivimos en el pueblo de Yuan y el pueblo de vacaciones de Yuan y el director Xiao Xiaoyu nos recibió entusiastamente. Hay una necesidad en tres días. La actitud del servicio es muy buena, nos ha impresionado profundamente. Después de quedarse, los niños son atraídos por un ambiente hermoso en la aldea de vacaciones. El paisaje exterior es hermoso y tranquilo. La habitación es limpia.
