JJiajiajialun設施：蠻新的民宿，裝修很好看，喜歡出片的話也不要錯過
衞生：老闆和老闆娘收拾的超級乾淨，還有專門的羣負責訊息聯絡
環境：在景點外面一點的村子裏，離御水温泉和南山竹海都很近，步行前往即可，臨街就是超市，還有很近的特產店和咖啡店，地理位置優越！
服務：最讚的就是服務，其實定之前心裏還挺沒地的，但是真的超值的價格超讚的服務。一整個是賓至如歸，老闆有求必應，還有♨️的優惠，早餐也是豐盛好吃，給出的旅遊建議很實用～下次來溧陽還會選這家的！千萬別錯過。祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進！

UUsuario anónimoQueremos destacar el trabajo de la ayudante de habla inglesa Angelia que nos apoyó durante toda nuestra estancia.
Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas.
El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial.
No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

El servicio es muy cuidadoso, hay necesidad, el viaje de los padres es muy adecuado, hay un gran calentamiento de agua, el mar de Nanshan, el jardín de la montaña de Tianmhu, el paisaje de los billetes de la ciudad es hermoso. El hotel está muy cerca del Mar de Chen, puede caminar, la comida del hotel y el almuerzo de la tarde también son deliciosos. También envié regalos cuando se fue, recomendación!

UUsuario invitado節前來的情人節旅行，印象里民宿的衞生都會有問題，這家從衞生、設施配備到服務都配得上這個價，很乾凈很安靜，房間有地暖，泡池會提前消毒，晚上十一點半發現吹風機會過熱保護，管家小竹姐姐都休息了也及時給我們換了新的吹風機。因為懶得出門，我們在民宿點的晚餐，性價比一般（建議開車出去吃），紅燒肉肥肉佔多，口味偏淡，魚頭湯和葱燒排骨好吃。吃完飯去了酒館聽歌，圍着柴火爐吃烤紅薯（烤紅薯很甜很好吃）。總之體驗很棒，隱居山林享受幽靜的氛圍。

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

UUsuario invitadoFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

UUsuario invitadoEs muy bueno para la gente, me contactó temprano cuando estuvo en el ex director, envió algunas atracciones de juegos alrededor, y algunas presentaciones de comida local. Después de llegar, realmente me sentía muy adecuado para curarme. El paisaje era muy bonito. Después de abrir la ventana especial de la habitación, era directamente el Mar de Nanshan, el pabellón podía pescar en el patio, el director me envió una cena de la tarde, sentado en la habitación para beber y beber la tarde, se sentó muy agradable. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!
