Este es el hotel resort con la mejor atención al cliente en el que me he alojado. Todo el personal de servicio es amable y toma la iniciativa de saludar. With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Hidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

來溧陽入住御水温泉度假酒店，算是一家老牌五星了，實話實説部分設施能看出一些年代感，但整體住下來體驗挺好的，超出預期。 到店很驚喜，給我們免費升級了房型，房間還備好了歡迎水果。最喜歡房間的落地窗，一推開就能看見整片竹海，風景很舒服。 入住最大的便利就是酒店可以直通御水温泉，泡湯不用來回跑，入住期間還可以無限次泡。酒店還有接駁車可以去南山竹海，周邊幾個景點距離都很近，比較省心，團的套餐裏包括御水温泉和南山竹海的大門票，性價比很高。 管家服務必須誇一下，處理問題響應很快。入住第二天馬桶出了點小狀況，報修之後馬上就有人上門修好，退房還收到了貼心的小禮物。 整體下來還是很滿意的，雖然是老牌酒店，但服務在線，來溧陽度假這邊還是挺推薦入住的。

這裏親子遊樂資源確實很集中。 酒店離各個遊玩點很近，基本步行就能到。 配套項目豐富：室內蹦床樂園、hape積木樂園、卡丁車全都有，晚上還有篝火晚會，氛圍感挺好。 帶娃想泡在園區玩，活動是不愁的。 ⚠️但是住宿硬件落差比較大，提前避坑 房間整體裝修簡陋，衞生問題比較明顯。 床單上面能看到不少碎屑毛絮，枕頭留有舊污漬，淋浴房污垢也清晰可見。 熱水出水很慢，需要放水大概五分鐘才熱。 隔音效果很不理想，走廊説話聽得清清楚楚，早上很容易被走動交談聲吵醒。 空調運行的時候噪音明顯。 另外蹦床樂園人流量大，週末小朋友會非常多。

This hotel was outstanding. Just brilliant. An absolute must visit if you’re in Jiangsu. The staff are exceptional and make you feel welcome regardless of where you have come from. My partner and I were treated so respectfully and made to feel at home. We will certainly go there again soon - it’s a wonderful getaway!
