El paisaje aquí es como un rollo de pintura natural, rodeado de montañas verdes, agua verde, reflejo de un calor caliente y cálido, y crea un ambiente como un sueño. El entorno es aún más inoportuno, un parque ordenado y limpio, una tranquila piscina de sopa limpia, cada detalle es muy atractivo.
El servicio es de primera clase, y el asesor de recepción es un ejemplo de ello. Su conciencia de servicio es muy fuerte, desde la memoria intima de su estancia hasta el acompañamiento de todo el tiempo después de su estancia, muestra una alta cualificación profesional. Tanto la introducción de la eficacia de la calorosa y la recomendación de alimentos especiales como la respuesta a las necesidades, son cuidadosos y hermosos, lo que hace que la gente se sienta cómoda y caliente.
Después de llegar al hotel, también hemos actualizado nuestra habitación. Este excelente hotel cálido, especialmente el servicio insignificante de los tubos de perfume, me ha hecho llenar de inconvenientes. Esperamos la próxima vez, y escriba este encanto y bonito.

La población está muy cerca de la calefacción de agua y el mar de Nanshan, y no lejos del camino. Yyohann****No se ha hecho una oferta popular durante mucho tiempo, porque la experiencia anterior ha sido muy mala en salud. Pero esta vez la salud pública es muy satisfactoria.
1. El entorno es limpio delante y atrás, el patio trasero es un lago y una pequeña colina, y la temperatura será muy agradable cuando esté bien. El patio es un gran patio de ladrillo.
2. El cuarto de arriba y abajo, un dormitorio de tres habitaciones es muy amplio y el aire acondicionado es muy potente. El salón ofrece agua caliente 24 horas, la piscina es grande y limpia. Ofrece salón para aliviar un poco de frío.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

UUsuario anónimoLa cuarta vez que vino a la cálida casa de agua, el hotel Sen se eligió para abrir. ¡Una serie de cinco personas mayores y menores, se reservaron dos habitaciones de parientes con estrellas y espacios, la recepción se ha actualizado muy intimamente a 168 suites de doble techo planos, ¡es una sorpresa! Los mayores de la familia también están satisfechos de decir que el mayor cuarto que haya viajado es muy conveniente, y pueden estar en un espacio con camas, y la familia de la casa está muy cómoda para salir y comer. Ducheng, el director de la habitación, se ha mostrado muy entusiasta durante su estancia, y el bienestar de la habitación nos recordará el placer, las preguntas se responden con paciencia y tiempo y el viaje es agradable.

UUsuario invitado在南山竹海的這趟旅行，安雲大舍給了我們遠超預期的驚喜！從出發前管家就主動聯繫，詳細告知自駕路線和停車注意事項，還貼心詢問是否需要準備寶寶餐具——這份提前的關懷瞬間拉滿好感。車子沿彩虹公路蜿蜒而上，遠遠望見藏在竹海中的民宿，青瓦白牆與綠意相融，像從畫裏走出來的一樣。
我們住的親子房空間超寬敞，落地窗外就是連綿竹海，晨起時霧氣繚繞，推開窗就能聞到竹子的清冽香氣。房間設施很贊，戴森吹風機、智能馬桶一應俱全，連寶寶的小拖鞋和圍欄都提前準備好了。午後在無邊泳池邊曬太陽，看孩子追着民宿的小貓咪跑，時光都慢了下來。
早餐更是驚艷，現煮的筍尖鮮肉餛飩、香軟的紅糖發糕，還有老闆娘親手燉的土雞湯，每一口都是山野的新鮮。退房時收到了民宿自製的筍乾和茶葉伴手禮，這份心意實在動人。無論是家庭出遊還是情侶度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來南山竹海，我們一定還來！

UUsuario invitadoThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

餐食：地道農家味太驚艷！早餐有紅薯 南瓜 麪條 米粥、、鹹菜新鮮可口；正餐的天目湖魚頭湯鮮掉眉毛，還有燉土雞、溧陽小炒等農家菜，食材都是本地新鮮採摘，吃着放心又滿足。
設施：配套超齊全！不僅有免費停車場、高速WiFi和智能家居，還有泳池、小酒館能燒烤喝茶，全家都能找到樂趣。房間裏床品柔軟親膚，遮光窗簾和隔音效果都很好，住着特別舒適。
衞生：乾淨到無可挑剔！房間角落、衞生間枱麪都一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光味，洗漱用品品質在線。公共區域也定時打掃，庭院和活動區整潔有序，完全沒有衞生死角，住着特別安心。

La habitación estaba bien, el recepcionista fue muy amable y me cambiaron a una habitación mejor; la ventana daba directamente a la piscina 👍… Cené en el hotel, la comida estaba bastante buena y las raciones eran decentes, nada del otro mundo. El mayordomo del hotel, Xiao Xu, fue excelente 👍, capaz de resolver todos mis problemas, y todo el personal fue muy amable, haciéndome sentir como en casa 👍. El único inconveniente fue el desayuno del lunes; como había menos huéspedes, parecía que el menú se había reducido un tercio… El de atrás es el desayuno del domingo, y el de delante es el del lunes 🥣
