JJiajiajialun設施：蠻新的民宿，裝修很好看，喜歡出片的話也不要錯過衞生：老闆和老闆娘收拾的超級乾淨，還有專門的羣負責訊息聯絡環境：在景點外面一點的村子裏，離御水温泉和南山竹海都很近，步行前往即可，臨街就是超市，還有很近的特產店和咖啡店，地理位置優越！服務：最讚的就是服務，其實定之前心裏還挺沒地的，但是真的超值的價格超讚的服務。一整個是賓至如歸，老闆有求必應，還有♨️的優惠，早餐也是豐盛好吃，給出的旅遊建議很實用～下次來溧陽還會選這家的！千萬別錯過。祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進！

CCaomeijialing讓我來好好誇一下這家民宿毫不誇張的説這是我住過最用心最乾淨的民宿了老闆娘打理的很棒入住給人感覺眼前一亮孩子和家裡長輩都非常開心而且最最最要説的是老闆娘的廚藝絕了每天晚上都在民宿吃飯方便省心美味開心＋10086 服務方面民宿的每位工作人員都極具親和力及恰到好處的邊界感，比如連幫忙拿行李前都會先問詢方不方便由他幫我們打開後備箱房間打掃前都會先問詢是否方便打掃看見我們帶小朋友會提前幫忙消毒寶寶餐椅等等等等（細節點多的數也數不清）民宿位置離南山竹海很近出門也方便這樣棒的民宿請發揚光大❗️❗️❗️ 最後最後私湯值得大家體驗！安利給所有度假出行的集美們❤

From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. UUsuario invitadoMuy satisfecho. El director Leon nos comunicó un día antes de que nos informara de algunos de los casos del hotel y nos ayudó a ajustar. Durante la estancia nos ofreció muchas comunicaciones útiles y la respuesta es muy oportuna. El personal también es muy amable y profesional. El cuarto tiene una caballería inteligente, una ventana inteligente, luces de sensor y una vivienda más cómoda. El tipo de desayuno no es especial, pero la calidad es buena. El fortalecimiento de la gasolina fuera es muy grande, el salón es un poco limitado cuando llueve en el pasado. En general, es un hotel de calidad excelente.

UUsuario invitadoThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

UUsuario invitado從下車開始就感受到了滿滿的誠意，管家熱情且周到，會主動幫拿行李，還會推薦小眾的山間徒步路線，超級貼心。民宿被青山環抱。晨起可以聽鳥鳴，傍晚能看到晚霞，民宿裏的泳池簡直是冬日續命神器。泡在裏面看山景，愜意到飛起。早餐的清湯麪加上糖心荷包蛋是我的最愛，紅薯粉糯，南瓜香甜，都是樸實的農家味道。好吃又管飽，晚上去小酒館點一杯特調，晚風一吹，煩惱全消。泳池水質乾淨，小酒館的燈光和音樂都很有味道，房間的設施也很齊全，住起來很舒服，房間裏面的床品，我睡得很舒服，完全挑不出毛病。最最驚喜的是民宿裏面有好多衹小貓貓，軟乎乎的超親人，沒事啊就蹲在腳邊上蹭蹭，擼貓的時光太治癒了。這家民宿已列入我的無限回購清單。

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

BBaishipeihuoguo酒店年代久設施難免陳舊，但打掃很乾凈~ 山景房有陽台，景色十分養眼，坐在陽台上就覺得心曠神怡~ 酒店一樓有直通温泉通道，穿浴袍去很方便，而且入住期間可以無限次出入温泉~ 保安前台都很親切熱情，建議一定要加管家微信，管家小朱更是熱心，有問必答而且每個活動都會提前提醒，隊我們幫助非常大。挖筍有趣，南山竹海不要抱期待就會發現很不錯！最後魚湯好喝！
