undoubtedly, Wyndham is the best resort I have been in the region - 天目湖 & 南山竹海, quietly situated in the valley surrounded by the small creek, lake, a swath of manicured grasses, horse stable and evergreen sierra……. Either indulging yourself in the mountain top infinite swimming pool or soaking in the onsen for meditation or sipping indigenous 白茶 at the balcony are enjoying ultimately serene. Teppenyaki, Siam hotpot are tasty, carpe diem! Lastly, especially mention guest manageress 小陈, she offers her professional services, quick response, thoughtful arrangements, merci!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Desde que no hablamos chino, su ayuda era absolutamente invaluable, desde el ingreso a la tramitación de cualquier solicitud. Gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron totalmente libres de estrés y muy cómodas. El hotel también fue maravilloso, con habitaciones confortables y una ubicación excelente, pero fue la atención y el profesionalismo del asistente que realmente hizo nuestra estadía especial. No hay comida occidental en el desayuno, principalmente comida local.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

在攜程上買的3天2晚御水温泉度假酒店套餐，我們4人預約在8月2日～4日，出行前幾天看天氣預報高温，對此行有點忐忑，但結果出乎意料的完美！從前一天晚上接到酒店管家周英電話開始，就感受着真誠、細緻、快速的優質服務，真是如春風般的温暖。酒店設施雖不是很新，但齊全且保養好，空調給力，窗外山景很美好。早餐非常豐盛，適合各種不同口味需求。連續兩晚在酒店中餐廳用餐，團2-3人的套餐，非常美味有特色，是我們此行最滿意的兩餐！贈送的御水温泉我們4人一致評價為管理最好的温泉，酒店房間內穿好泳衣穿上酒店的浴袍從酒店大堂直接過去太方便啦，十個一”的服務理念確實體現在所有的細節，充裕的毛巾架，飲水的供給，工作人員把拖鞋安放好方向方便出池穿，以及無處不在的温泉文化。贈送的南山竹海大門票，雖然離酒店不遠，每天還有多班接送班車，非常方便。

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

I stayed here midweek. the experience was excellent overall. From the friendly staff to spotless rooms, everything was more than I expected at this low price point. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well designed. The staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay and breakfast, although a little limited, was fresh and tasted good. Highly recommend!

La piscina es excelente porque tiene una sección para niños y adultos y está conectada. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y hermosas. Dentro del resort hay también un lago con un parque infantil y un pequeño zoológico. El personal es muy amable y siempre sonriente. Vamos a volver aquí. 😁😁😁
