一眼看到酒店的別墅型的外觀和入室後大廳和餐廳的優雅又富有小資情調的佈局，幾乎是立即馬上喜歡上了這家酒店。而隨後的兩天兩晚的體驗感確實拉滿。房間乾淨，寬暢，裝修風格温暖，床品很舒適！自製的早餐更是別具一格（見圖），品種多樣， 不斷地更換，咖啡豆現磨現煮，品質、味道不錯！處處體現着用心！酒店位置很好，出去體驗趕大集，購物，交通都便利；遊覽天池回來出池西集散中心出口5分鐘左右到酒店，無需折騰，很快歸位！特別便利的是晚上衹要步行3分鐘左右，就可以抵達美食一條街，熱鬧，美食多多，體驗感很好！酒店老闆很沉穩又不失利索！老闆娘漂亮、温柔、熱情、細緻又貼心，啥都能幫忙聯繫，感覺衹有你想不到的，沒有她辦不到的哈！最令人感動的是。我們因回程的飛機有點早，正常情況下酒店還沒開飯，但為了我們能吃上熱乎的早飯，老闆和老闆娘特地早起忙乎， 精心地準備了早飯，還提前幫忙聯繫了接送車！我們一不小心把酒店的房卡帶走了，打電話過去沒有一聲抱怨！這次來長白山，安尋酒店體驗感很好，天池如願看到了，超級開心！

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Its location is practical — only 10–15 minutes from West Changbaishan train station — and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with Korean restaurant being a real highlight. Breakfast is acceptable, though having eggs cooked to order would make it more appealing. The real advantage of staying here is the access to the hot springs, included in the room price. While several pools were closed during our stay, the outdoor baths were open and provided a very enjoyable experience. A small detail that could improve comfort would be adding a hook on the bathroom door for clothes and towels. Overall, this property combines modern facilities, a convenient location, and relaxing hot springs, though a few small adjustments could make the stay even better.

❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

The resort is very well organized and will pick up from the airport with a large bus to Momoland hotel. Manager and staff in Momo are excellent and please add them to WeChat and they will help you navigate the resort with daily piste openings/closing and weather. There's an internal shuttle bus that comes every 1/2 hour to the ski slopes which is just 10 minutes away. If in a hurry - taxi is just 10Yuan anywhere within the resort. Pay by WeChat pay. Room is large but the temp setting is too warm. 25C for winter is quite high and as it's centralized I switch it off and thankfully the windows can get opened. Then the room is really pleasant. Need more lights in the bathroom shower and corridor. I understand Momolands branding is mystery but bathrooms could be brighter :) Otherwise no complaints. Plenty of good food options around hotel and ski village. Ski can get quite crowded but queue moves fast - facial recognition is cool. Piste well designed and safe named after court rankings like gentleman, grand marshall and general (intermediate, advanced) No issues for English speaker - just ask around. Will be back :)
