There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

The experience was pretty good, I highly recommend this place if you would like to have more privacy as the resort is standalone and if order of getting to the skiing places (there are 2) you would need to order a taxi. For dinner they have a very satisfying buffet and some perks like chef cooking carbonara in front of you, some cosplay as well. And yes, there are cute deers living at the area of the resort! We also got a complimentary shooting wearing Korean traditional clothes, it was a great experience.

For the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.
