UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy limpia y caliente. Aunque no hay tan mucha habitación, el desayuno es muy delicioso, pero el jefe está quemando por sí mismo, especialmente el polvo super delicioso. El hotel está muy cerca de Wanda y el jefe está muy entusiasta de enviarnos el pasado y de enviarnos un servicio de transporte. Los hoteles alrededor son muy deliciosos, especialmente el otro lado. También se pueden ver los fogones de fuego fuera en el hotel por la noche, y el paisaje del hotel también es muy bueno para la mitad de las aldeas en el balcón de segundo piso. El hotel está muy cerca del escenario de esquí.

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

__Traveltastic_The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.
The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

¡Me encantó mi estancia en el Hotel Eclat, y el servicio del gerente David fue excepcional! Siempre con una sonrisa, respondió pacientemente a todas mis preguntas y me hizo sentir como en casa. La habitación era acogedora y cómoda, con instalaciones completas y atención a cada detalle. Sin duda volveré.

SSharonc33Estado aquí por 2 noches para experimentar la temporada de nieve en Changbaishan. El director Zhang, junto con el personal del hotel, fue muy útil y paciente durante nuestra estancia, asegurarse de que el idioma no fue una barrera para el check-in/out y llegar a las atracciones con sus servicios de autobús. UUsuario invitadoWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Muy bien, la piscina es genial, el ambiente es genial y el servicio es genial. Lo único es que la habitación está seca y caliente, pero a mí me gusta bastante una habitación seca y caliente. Si estás mojado y frío después de esquiar en invierno, disfrutarás de la habitación seca y caliente. Lavé mis calcetines y los sequé durante la noche. El servicio fue muy bueno. Las zapatillas de baño de mi marido las usó otra persona. El personal del área de la piscina tomó la iniciativa de traerle pantuflas a mi esposo. Los detalles están en su lugar y el nivel de servicio es muy alto en los complejos turísticos extranjeros. Mi marido y yo estamos muy satisfechos.

XXinglongzhangfei第一次來長白山旅遊選擇木屋這邊先住第一晚，這幾天正好天暖和，這邊偏僻，雪乾淨，孩子第一次看到這麼大雪，小木屋出門就可以玩，大人可以在屋內休息，喜歡清凈與世無爭的朋友可以一試，周圍景點也可小逛，小狗小貓特別有野趣。後面去了魯能度假酒店滑雪，但玩雪就沒這裏乾淨了。關於住宿肯定沒有度假酒店那麼好，要求特別講究的朋友就算了，就看你注重什麼，這裏主打一個氛圍感。吃飯的話就門口一家鐵鍋燉，可以吃。住多晚吃飯就沒什麼選擇了。總體來説，可以和度假酒店搭配起來住體驗不同的感覺，孩子還是很喜歡的。
