We had a nice stay at the hotel Vittoria. The location is perfect for the beach, old town and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. The front desk staff are lovely. The hotel feels like it’s used for lots of tours which means breakfast is hardly relaxing and the wait for the coffee machine is painful. My recommendation is to go for breakfast after 8:30 am. The pool is lovely and peaceful (and very clean) and despite *********** warning the pool closed for the season on the 15th it was still open. The rooms are functional but large, our doors didn’t always lock so I’d suggest checking them regularly. The bed was too hard for me so I don’t sleep to well. The Wi-Fi also was not working in the rooms but apparently it was a network issue not the hotel one. The air-con is controlled at the front desk and they kindly turned it down for us. The spa is 30 euros per person for 90 minutes. All in all for what we paid with a great location and pool I think it’s a fair price. Just to note on otranto that it is difficult to reach via public transport when the Salento bus service is not running (it is a summer service only).

We didn't have high expectations of the hotel because a company booked it for us and we didn't know anything about Otranto. We were so wrong. The staff were absolutely fantastic, polite, helpful, efficient and going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Gian - Luigi who works nights was so so helpful and I will always be sorry that I was so focused on getting to the airport that we didn't leave a tip. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. Drinks were available during the day but unfortunately no food which is only available in the high season. The outside space is great and on three levels. Our ground floor room was very good and very tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel, only gripe was that the mattress protector had a rough surface which we could feel through the sheet. We would advise that it was changed. It was a short walk into town and hardly a hill as some people have indicated. The garage parking is a minutes walk away. To round up you won't go wrong by staying at this hotel.

Linda estructura en la zona Alimini de Otranto, inmersa en verde y recientemente renovada con amplias y cómodas habitaciones equipadas con todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de unas vacaciones hermosas y merecidas. Nuestro cuarto también estaba equipado con un pequeño jardín privado con salida en la parte trasera que le permitía viajar a la zona de piscina cómoda. Limpieza a los niveles más altos y excelente acogida, tanto para prolongar nuestra permanencia de unos días. La piscina es muy bonita, amplia con varios camas disponibles. El mar está un poco más lejos que los Alíminis 1 y 2, pero hay un tren que se marcha cada media hora que le lleva allí. Ombrellona incluido en el precio y el mar cristalino. Además de un desayuno excelente y abundante de frutas, dulces y salados, hemos probado la cena en el restaurante de la estructura; se come bien a menu fijo (alternativas de tierra y/o mar) en la paz y el silencio más total. Volveré a él.

Dommage car l’hôtel est bien situé mais la chambre extrêmement bruyante fenêtre sur rue au 1re étage sur la rue principale avec passage constant de voiture camion et scooter de plus face à une station service qui fait tabac et bar et tout les parkings publics de la ville en clair éviter cette chambre numéro 11 à part ça literie correcte mobiliers un peu datés, la salle d’eau petite pas d’espace pour déposer ces affaires de toilettes et la cabine de douche toute petite le bac ne devait pas faire plus de 50x50 à part tout cela personnel serviable et professionnel, buffet du petit déjeuner très très correct . Parking possible à quelques mètres de l’hôtel partenariat avec Omar pour laisser sa voiture le temps du séjour tarif très correct au alentour de 20 euros pour 2 jours
