This property was filthy. We were given Rm 242. The stairs were littered with garbage bags. We returned the keys and went to a different hotel. No care in parking lot. We were the only customer. Unsafe, filthy. A dump. We request a full refund. We were charged $75.00.

Room was warm, clean, fairly quiet, and everything worked that we used. Older building but remodels in place. Overall comfortable for a quick night away from home. Thanks.

The front desk person is nice and helpful. The room are clean and smell good. This is my first time stay and for sure I will stay again when I am in Omaha. Really recommended this place 👍

Very nice, quiet place, even though it is just offa busy city street.
Tv remote didn't seem to work, had power, but didn't control the TV even after pressing TV button. Table lamp didn't work-likely a burned out bulb, same with a light over the microwave. We didn't use the room that much, so the issues didn't matter too much to us.
All said, it's a good place to stay, and will likely be returning in the future.

This was a reasonable place to stay, especially if you want a kitchenette, but it is important to know that it appears to be more of a place where people live for perhaps extended periods of time rather than what I would think of as a regular hotel. So, at least on a Saturday night it was kind of noisy outside with people hanging outside of their "apar**ents", playing music, etc., as they should be able to if they live there. But it was hard to get to sleep for a while.

The beds were comfy. The rooms were nice. The floors needed a very good washing though.. We wouldn't walk around barefoot as usual because our feet got so dirty. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Advertized as non-smoking room. Clearly it was not. Approached manager and was told it was smokers next door when residual smoke stank was obviously in our room.

The first room we were given had a horrible smell-like someone had been smoking and the cleaning product used was meant to mask the smell. When I asked for another room, it was the same. Having no choice, we turned on the fan to try to dissipate the smell. Then we noticed the sheets on one of the beds was stained. This place was really a dump and not as represented with an “8” rating on your website. It is a “6” at best.
