Hotel was easy to find, clean, and clear instructions how to access the hotel and room. Room was perfect for family of 4 and enough room for everyone. I would stay again!

Checkin was a bit poor - the keypad on the door was not working properly and the phone number supplied was answered by someone who would not offer any help, just told us to send an email. We got in eventually after several attempts.
Property itself was fine - clean enough, warm, comfy. Not an awful lot in walking distance though it is well placed to access some some great attractions (lava tube, Litle Hrutur etc.).

Very clean and modern rooms - which was surprising given the outside doesn’t look too promising (don’t be put off!). Beds were comfy and shower was very hot unlike some other hotels we stayed at in Iceland, which was nice! The location was suitable for us as we had a car, but it would probably be a struggle if you didn’t have a car - as it is in the middle of (essentially) an industrial estate.

We arrived much later than expected (too much to see and do along the way) and check went smoothly, the room was very clean and the beds oh so comfy. Great stay, thank you !

Can’t say enough about how this property surprised me. Outside looked ok but interior was fantastic. Modern, clean great look. Quiet at night. Nice Cafe Bristol about a block away.

Twas a nice place had comms glitch though (never got email or text with how to get in, they did respond quickly on FB messenger when were trying to figure out how to get in), so a little anxious at the beginning.

The shower was built up about 15 inches above the floor and was extremely difficult to get out of with wet feet for fear of slipping.
