Todo estuvo muy bien, solo en la limpieza deberían tener un poco más de cuidado , al llegar mi hija se encajo una aguja en su pie

Best shower I’ve had this year!!! Breakfast was fairly good and staff was friendly. We will definitely stay at this brand of hotel again as I normally have no issues. My children enjoyed pool. Only one missing with this hotel was the hot tub and sauna room would be nice.

Stay was great 👍. Staff is amazing and friendly. It's nice, clean and quiet. Only thing I would change is breakfast at 530 instead of 6:00 alot of the oilfield and power plant workers leave right before breakfast. Other than that it's amazing. I have been staying here every three months for 3 years now.

Booked room 2 weeks in advance. Show up at 5 pm, site says they do not have a room ready for me. After a few minutes, they find a room. I get to my room and it hasn’t been cleaned or prepped for a new customer… after driving 6 hours I was not happy. All they had to say was, I was told it was ready. I get to next room and it doesn’t even have towels. I had to call back down so they could bring some up. At this point, I almost checked out to go next door to the Hilton

Beautiful hotel! I would like to give a big shout out to the wonderful staff. The dryer was broken and the front desk person, Winter, was so kind and understanding! She went out of her way to help me! Big thank you to Winter! Also the day people were also so very helpful!! Thank you staff

I came for my nieces quinceanera sveral years back and i like the stay back then. This time i came for that same neices graduation. The room was nice and clean and it didn't smell..jajajaja The breakfast was also a delight. I am a returning customer and will use this hotel when i come back in the end of june for my younger nieces quinceanera.

Lobby was nice and clean. The room was clean and space. Bed was too firm for us which made for uncomfortable sleep. Front desk clerk was friendly when we checked in. I asked for extra pillows and I was able to get one. The Free breakfast was decent.

Our visit wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. We had one small soap bar for both the sink and shower. The shower door didn’t close all of the way so there was no way to avoid getting water on the floor. Where the water leaked, the floor tile was cracked and the grout was missing a large piece. There is probably damage under the floor. Normally we get 3 bath towels, but only got 2. There were no alarm clocks on the night stands. Again, not horrible, but not up to what we expect from Holiday Inn Express.
