Premier Inn Evesham

All the staff here were friendly and welcoming with the exception of the lady who checked us in. She was very slow not sure if she was new but seemed to take forever and pretty miserable! Other than that everyone else was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We are from London and I had trouble sleeping because it was so quiet! Be warned breakfast service was very slow but perfectly adequate. The hotel was in a good location for everywhere we wanted to visit. As others have said the sat nav takes you to completely the wrong place. Search for the Costa coffee next door to the hotel and add this to the sat nav and this will lead you to the hotel. There is a sign saying the petrol station and shop is 24hrs however this is not the case it opens and closes when it feels like it so don’t rely on it! If we were in the area again I would stay again. An affordable option for exploring The Cotswolds!

Looking at the website I/we expected the hotel to be outside of town, reasonably quiet with views of the countryside. Instead it turned out to be on a very busy main road roundabout, tucked away in a hollow behind a very large KFC, an equally large drive through coffee outlet and also a huge petrol filling station and lorry park.The massive entrance to all of this was also the entrance to 'The Valley' retail park which compared to the many we have visited elsewhere in the country was small, poor and very dated. It was also the entrance to the so called 'Evesham Country Park'. I will leave you to judge on that one, just don't expect much as you won't get it. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, reasonably quiet with friendly staff, and the pub next door serves good wholesome food at a good price with equally friendly staff, but if you are looking to stay for any longer, there could well be much better environments to choose from.

We stayed here to visit Hidcote and the Malvern spring show . The room was inexpensive and very comfortable . We would come again

Staff were friendly and it was a nice stay - quiet and restful. A bit tricky getting there by walking as we hit busy roundabout and it was a long walk form the station. We definitely decided a taxi back. However, really refreshing time to have space as a couple.

The room didn't smell great the hall way was also very smelly. Had mould in our room. Light outside our room was flashing and kept us up Reported to reception Breakfast was diabolical on Saturday morning we had no breakfast ready they kept us waiting whilst they cooked it. The restaurant wasn't even busy waited over an hour for sausages. We then finally had food and went down for drinks before our coach picked us up for our event and asked for a number of cocktails and informed that they didn't have Orange Juice this was a known outage apparently through other premier inn. It's absolutely not I stay in them regularly. I queued up again in a very quiet bar and the server walked past me three times and asked me if I was waiting to still be their waiting and wait for her manager to come and serve us. Then be told we don't have half of the menu. Just shocking service

If you are familiar with the Premier Inn brand, you know what to expect. We've stayed in a few, and this one met with what we have come to expect. Conveniently located off the A-road network, but not so if you intend to walk into the centre of Evesham, that's a bit of a hike. However, it is adjacent to the country park with its shops, coffee bars and activities for the kids. The traffic noise, which seems to have afflicted other reviewers was not an issue for us. Staff were very friendly on arrival, and indeed throughout our one night stay. The room was Premier Inn standard, but it was clean and quiet, so we were able to enjoy the promised good night's sleep (it always makes me think when some reviewers write about their fellow guests, rather than the place itself). We didn't eat in the adjacent Beefeater restaurant, and for breakfast, we were self-sufficient but the adjacent Costa was welcome for a coffee and a pastry. We've used this Premier Inn before, and we would again,

The vending machine was broken therefore there was no food or drink available in the building. There was a hatch to the roof outside my room. The hatch was open with a ladder in the middle of quite a tight corridor for an extended period. This meant accessing my room, particularly with bags, was awkward. The room didn't feel very clean but was okay and a large size.

Great hotel very nice staff and beds are amazing. Stayed for 3 nights visiting family will definitely use it next time I go to see family.
