Mi hijo de cuatro años y yo disfruté de nuestro momento en el hotel Virgo. La ubicación es increíble. Puedes ir a todas las tiendas y restaurantes en menos de 10 minutos a pie. Tienes todo lo que necesitas en este hotel. Además, el desayuno buffet también fue genial.

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, decent rooftop pool, decent breakfast, good big room. Clean and quiet. And a very good location.

El personal es muy amable y útil. (Yo tenía un problema con la guía local y me ayudaron a resolver el problema.) Me gustan los sonidos de la mañana. (Escuela, perros, fiesta de bodas, motocicleta y pollo) Muy limpio con servicios de limpieza. La ubicación es casi perfecta para mí. A pocos minutos de la playa y el centro de Nha Trang. La sala de estar está bien equipada, el desayuno es muy agradable, la vista del 33o piso y la piscina en la parte superior del techo. The hotel is at the heart of Nha Trang city, Infront of public beach. The beach is crowded in early morning and late afternoon, when there is no more sun. The breakfast is quite good, with mix of western, chinese and vietnamese food types, but not a big spread.

Très bel endroit, décoration moderne , tout est ouvert et vue sur la piscine dès l’accueil, magnifique vue . Petit déjeuner très complet , beaucoup de choix avec des produits de qualité Restaurant du soir moyen Service navette aéroport est un taxi privé bas de gamme au pris très élevé , sans un bonjour , nous n’avons pas entendu le son de sa voix et qu’il aurait fallu payer un supplément en cas de retard de l’avion . Service en chambre : une seule fourchette jetable pour deux durant les 4 nuits et sachets de café remplis que 2 fois . Rafraîchis*****t de la chambre une seule fois par jour et nous avons dû sortir 10’ pour que cela puisse se faire (9h du matin) Douchette défectueuse le 1er jour ,qui a été réparé dans la journée certes , mais anormal pour un 5 étoiles Service navette gratuite pour le centre ville où il faut réserver à l’avance , on est en vacances on n’a pas envie d’être heuré d’autant plus que d’un jour à l’autre on ne sait pas forcément ce que l’on va faire , d’autant plus que cela dépend aussi de la météo . De plus il faut annuler 1h avant , par contre là navette à le droit de modifier les horaires ou ne pas venir vous chercher . C’ est ce qui nous est arrivé, bien sûr l’hôtel a prévenu mais sans wifi et à la plage , nous n’avons pas reçu le message .Nous étions obligés de chercher une connection qu retour pour pouvoir joindre l’hôtel après 15’ d’attente . Sans réponse nous avons pris un taxi , l’hôtel nous a répondu bien après notre arrivée et après avoir signalé que personne nous a répondu … Il faut savoir que toutes les demandes comme démarches se font via une application de l’hôtel . L’hôtel propose le change mais sur 5 billets ils n’ont gardé qu’un seul ( défaut selon eux mais tellement minimes qu’ailleurs zéro soucis et taux beaucoup plus avantageux) J’ai pris une paire de tongs de la chambre car utilises pendant 4 jours à l’extérieur et laissé celle utilisé qu’à l’intérieur, elle nous a été réclamée lors du Check out . Choquée ! Serait elle réutilisée ??? L’hôtel est très excentré et il n’y a rien autour ( je le savais ) Pas d’accès à la plage ,navette ou taxi obligatoire ( je le savais) Personnel pas tous sympa et souriant… L’hôtel le plus cher de tout notre séjour avec un service catastrophique et très loin d’un 5 étoiles contrairement à nos 4 autres hôtels Hanoi, Huê ,Hôi an et Saigon . Très mauvais rapport qualité / prix .

I spent three days with my family in the Alma Resort, our room type is the oceanfront villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool, this was a wonderful villa. I can say this is the most beautiful resort recently and can say it was 5 star + and we absolutely loved it. Especially, there were 12 pools, a beautiful beach which was clean and plenty of sunbeds to relax on at the pools and beach. A multitude of things to do, yoga in the morning, a water park, mini golf, a tennis course, and even a cinema. The Service Center and Receptionist were friendly, they answered all our questions and also made sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for all of the staff. We were a bit sad we couldn't spend more time at this resort and we will come back here for the next holiday. Thanks a lot!

Me gusta este hotel. En realidad tiene 5 estrellas. Sin embargo, hay que abordar algunas cosas. Primero puedo decir que encontré el personal como amable y útil. La habitación es agradable por el precio. Sin embargo, 2 cosas como me molesta. La primera cosa es cuando algo se rompe se le dice que se fijará, pero días después no será. Incluso después de preguntar 3 veces diferentes. La primera de las primeras se abrió y la segunda se abrió. Empezó a decir cosas en vietnamita a su colaborador y sin saber el idioma que sabía que me degradaba. No sé por qué, pero fue muy obvio. Sólo empezó a tomar el agua de ella y decirle que no limpia. Ella iba a pasar por mi basura delante de mí y comenzaba a mostrar cosas a la otra chica y sólo comenzaba a reír. Yo viajé mucho y esto fue el primero para mí. Finalmente, estuve allí por 4 semanas. Dejó café 3 veces. Shampoo y gel de baño 3 veces. Todas las 4 semanas. No sé si la lleva a casa o si el hotel le da un bono para no dejarlo, pero eso fue su manera de hacer las cosas. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad.

La habitación es limpia, los consultores son muy entusiastas y dedicados a los huéspedes, la habitación es tan hermosa, muy bien, muy satisfecha, la próxima vez que visito Nha Trang, mi esposa y yo visitaré y apoyaré.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3
