It was so easy to find it, parking in the holiday inn, then go to reception to pick up keys. It is very secure, having to put in a code for the door to open. Not sure if there is a lift, we were in the top floor, so if you struggle walking etc, need a ground floor apar**ent. The apar**ent was lovely, with a welcome pack and freebies in the bathroom. The only thing I would say is THE PILLOWS! You need new ones 😯 But I will be back as my daughter is going to Northumbria Uni 😁

We were due to stay here for an event on the 5th & 6th August 2023. The stay was pay at the property. Unfortunately on route to the hotel (a 2 hour journey) we received confirmation that our event had been cancelled at VERY short notice. Appreciate that this is not the fault of the hotel, however we thought it necessary to get in touch & see if there was any options at all for us as we didn't need to stay at the accommodation any longer. We got no response via the telephone, no response via email, no response via Facebook messenger. We tried the option to change the dates to different dates but we never got a response from this request either. We appreciate that there may have been nothing the hotel could have done & we may have still incurred the total cost, however to completely ignore all of our attempts to get in touch is totally unproffesional and not to mention downright rude. We suffered the £350 cost for a hotel that we didn't step foot in, or get to talk to. Even now 2 months later I have tried to get in touch with no luck. Will never stay here again.

We stayed here for a quick overnighter and was extremely impressed with the apar**ent. It was well presented, modern and immaculately clean, had a fridge, microwave and welcome pack which served us well. We brought our dog and there was plenty of space for all three of us to move around because the apar**ent was so large. Plenty of parking available at the Holiday Inn next door and we had breakfast there too which was handy. Used the metro to get into 'toon' and it was only a 3 minute walk away. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Good value and great amenities but desk was missing a top and the bathroom and room wasn’t that clean.

The older reviews here are way off. This is not a bad place to stay at all. The apar**ents are two houses attached to the Holiday Inn that have been converted to a high standard. I stayed in London for a couple of nights and around 50 quid per night and I was very impressed. The apar**ents have a small kitchen with a sink, dishwasher and microwave toaster kettle, etc nice bathroom with rainfall shower and a comfortable double bed. The only issue I encountered was that the desk seemed to be broken. When is staying in a hotel? I make sure that the bed is comfortable. The shower is good, and both of these are absolutely fine. I do not think you can beat this for the value, so we definitely recommend people stay here

Having an aparthotel worked well for a week's stay, it gave more room than a hotel room and the option to self cater, access to a washing machine and dryer were also helpful. Despite it being on a main road there wasn't traffic noise in the room I was in however the air con and heat recovery unit on the external wall by the bed head were loud all night. Staff said they would look into this when I reported the issue on departure. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The suite is somehow associated with the Holiday Inn next door and the staff there were very helpful and accommodating. Having a good initial experience with the Holiday Inn our expectations of the suite next door were high. The location is very good with easy access to the trendy and lively Jesmond and Gosforth, the moor and also the Metro centre. Parking was also useful and free for guests. Sadly the room itself let the experience down. It is a good size space with a business desk and small kitchen. However the room was poorly maintained and very tired making lots of it unusable, eg the business desk was broken, the eating table had no chairs, the safe was not attached to anything. The room was quite knocked about and needed lots of low level maintenance to get it up to standard and definitely needed a new carpet and decor to refresh it to the standard it could be. I was concerned about security as the fire door right outside outside the room was continuously left open into a rear alleyway car park with no CCTV. The room door and French doors did not appear that secure either.

The customer service is extremely poor I phoned four times in the same day to confirm my booking with booking .com after repeating my booking details spelling out my name four times each phone call the front of house staff confirmed they couldn't find my booking and tried to sell us a more expensive room .the hotel room was dirty and had food stuck behind the headboard .needs a revamp definitely for the customer service and cleanliness in general.staff were rude and not trained correctly or even had been trained by anybody.
