Staff are super friendly, but that was about it. Oh, the beds are comfy. We had to switch rooms because water was coming through our bathroom ceiling. In the new room there was crap all over the toilet seat. Had to get them to come in and clean it. Its old, smelly and run down. No way this is a 3 star hotel.

I requested a first floor room or ground floor. My request was denied, the receptionist said I did not pay for a first room (which was not an option when I made my reservation). I was also told this is the fault of third party services. Had I known that I was going to be denied I would have stayed at another hotel. Very disappointed.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location of this hotel. The staff is super friendly. The place is clean and quiet. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. We will stay there again soon!

The location was amazing! Right next to the battlefield and within waking distance of some great restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. Very nice stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Gettysburg. The quality inn was at a great location. Rooms up to date and clean. Assigned parking spot and everything we wanted to eat was within walking distance.

It’s a great hotel, nice and clean. And considering the location, very quiet.
The room description states it has a balcony. I guess it depends what you are thinking about. The balcony is the walkway for all the upstairs rooms, it did have a table and 2 chairs though
The staff was super friendly and helpful to us, going out of the way to assist us.
We have already decided to return to the area in the future, and plan to stay there.
