"As my title is, i am hesitant to write this review. I have stayed many many places in my years coming to Gettysburg and we just can't stay anywhere else now. My title is tongue in cheak because i like i can get a room normally and am concerned with too many people realizing this place is a GEM. The staff is always fantastic. The rooms are all i need, clean, comfortable ( never had a lumpy mattress) bathroom was re-done and really nice, TV had OK picture but if that is my biggest complaint that is a good thing. The breakfast is fantastic, not sure what in the world the other reviewer could complain about, I have been to soo many hotels and this is in top 5 % of hotel breakfast (Embassy Suites being #1 most times due to the omelet stations) Location is just amazing and yeah you can maybe hear street noise because yeah you are right there and the view of the streets are great with the ghost tours and such. Anyway, place is awesome, shhh don't tell too many others though."

"Excellent experience. The Inn is neat, clean, and quiet. Room was small, but there are several other spaces to spread out and read or work. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location is close to downtown and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid traffic."

"I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay with Ron and Laura! From the minute we walked in, they welcomed us like we were old friends instead of first-time guests. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every part of the Inn. The house itself is incredible. It’s a beautiful three-story historic home filled with period furnishings, and Laura even dresses in period clothing every day, which adds so much charm to the experience. They gave us a tour of the house when we arrived, sharing stories and little pieces of history along the way. We stayed in the Sharpshooter’s Nest on the third floor, and it was absolutely perfect. One of my favorite spaces was the sunroom. It was always stocked with homemade treats, snacks, and just about any drink you could want. It felt like they had thought of everything. And then there’s breakfast…I’m honestly not sure words can do it justice. Everything was homemade, absolutely delicious, and served in several courses. I have to give Ron’s homemade potatoes their own shout-out—they were some of the best breakfast potatoes we’ve ever had! Every morning felt like sitting down for an incredible homemade breakfast with family. The location was perfect too. We parked when we arrived and never had to get back in the car. We walked all over Gettysburg and loved every minute of it. One of the highlights of our trip was the private ghost tour Laura arranged at the Inn. Ron and Laura spent the evening with us, telling stories and making it such a fun, memorable experience. It didn’t feel like we were just staying at a bed and breakfast—it felt like we were spending time with friends. When it was time to leave, we honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We can’t wait to come back!"
