Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall ***agement of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

The quality and cleanliness of the room, as well as the breakfast, completely satisfied me. The hotel's location (close to Central Park and the Connaught Place shopping area) is ideal. Very attentive and good-natured staff, whose members kindly helped me with various questions on several occasions. Next time I come to New Delhi, I am not going to choose among hotels - I want to stay only at Hotel Palace Heights, but I need to book a room in advance - the hotel is deservedly popular.
