Very poor service - very disapointing when the web site advertises "excellent service" - the rooms are nice but there are not enough staff and the few there seem to be new and poorley trained. The resteraunt was closed Monday and Tuesday resulting in a 120 Euro return taxi fare to the nerest open resteraunt

Chateaux L' Epinay is a lovely setting with the staff respecting your privacy but always there to help. We saw lot's of people who were traveling on bikes stopping off for a night here to relax in this lovely setting of peace and tranquility. Can only recommend it.

The rooms in the castle are old , dusty and have no air con. They showed us 3 different rooms in the castle. We were ready to leave until we finally got moved to a new section outside the Castle which was great Beautiful room , no dust, and with air con. The gardens are spectacular, and the restraunt is excellent. People are friendly. Only one complaint - My wife is a butterfly collector which is legal in France, but they Gardner stopped her collecting on the hotel site. We complained at the time but to no avail. Later that night the manager apologized for what happened but the last day was spoiled nevertheless.

We are extremly happy with our stay at the Chateau. We got married at the Chateau in june. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the place is wonderful. Everything went perfectly, and our guests were very happy, and many were in awe of the Chateau, the park and the nature. We could not have asked for anything else and we had the most fantastic wedding.

This wonderful Castle in the countryside is a gem. The staff is so welcoming and attentive to any need. Spa, Hammam, Tennis, natural swimming pool, long walks in the parc along the river. There is all we need to have a pleasant moment with friends and to rest in nature.

The chateau is wonderful and it’s setting is superb. The staff very friendly and attentive. The Chateau’s pet dog is a St Bernard, so well trained and loves to walk with you, goes home when you tell it to

EXCELLENT SEJOUR, dans un cadre magnifique et calme au coeur de la nature le restaurant sur place est très bon. Les salons avec feu de cheminée sont très cosy pour prendre le thé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, le miel provient des ruches d ela propriété, les oeufs des poules sur place également ainsi que les légumes du restaurant qui sont cultivés en permaculture dans le potager du château.

Would highly recommend. Wonderful place to stay with family as plenty to do. Highlight was the natural swimming pool. Great meal at the restaurant and excellent service. Nice walk down to the lakes too. Would book again.

I could go on forever about how incredible my stay at Chateau de L'Epinay was. I came from Pariswhich was a short hour-hour and a half train ride, and a quick taxi to the property. I stayed for four days on my own for the wellness stay. The hotel itself as well as the grounds blew me away with how beautiful they were, and just when I thought it couldn't get any better it somehow did. I participated in a few wellness trea**ents and spa trea**ents, and each one left me feeling so relaxed and pampered. The food at the restaurant as well as at the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety. I felt like I was in a dream the entire time I was staying at the hotel as everything from the room to the activities offered were just wonderful. The staff were always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and always greeting you with a smile. I would absolutely return to Chateau de L'Epinay as I didn't want to leave! Definitely an experience I'll never forget.
