No es nuestro primer viaje y no será nuestro último viaje en el Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, pero estamos acostumbrados a otro servicio. Esta vez la habitación no fue tan limpia como se acostumbra al Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. El suelo estaba sucio y cabello. El cuarto estaba anticuado.

Pasamos tres días en el Hotel Heitzmann por dos. Desde el menú de la noche y el desayuno en el restaurante clásico y muy acogedor hasta las habitaciones modernas con hermosos suelos de madera, todo ha respondido a nuestros deseos. El personal siempre fue premeditado y atento y también preparaba una o otra pista para actividades en la zona. El hotel está muy central en el centro de Mittersill, desde el cual se llega al gondol después de un viaje de cerca de 10-min. También podemos recomendar una llegada con el transporte público -como hemos hecho-, ya que la estación de autobuses, que se encuentra directamente delante del hotel, se encuentra en el que se encuentra el autobús, entre otras cosas, hacia Kitzbühel o la celda del mar. Como estabamos en camino sin coche, todos los días por la mañana tomamos el barco que condujo varias veces por hora y que se destina a la estación de gondol, que también sale directamente del hotel. Los horarios nos fueron puestos a disposición del hotel, los autobuses llegaron siempre puntualmente y de forma fiable. Y la zona de esquí Mittersill-Kitzbühel es un sueño. Nuestra habitación estaba en la izquierda del edificio en el 2. Estaba muy limpio y tranquilo, sólo a las 7:00 de la mañana se desperta de los relojes de la torre, pero no nos importaba nada. Área de bienestar y chiquillas super! El personal del hotel respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y deseos y fue útil y amable en todas las situaciones. Por todas estas razones nos hemos sentido bien y podemos recomendar el Hotel Heitzmann sólo con más calor!
