This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for one night on two dates using the hotel as a transit hotel on arrival and leaving Colombo. This is not really a tourist hotel and more suited to businessmen. The hotel has so much potential for overseas guests due to its close location to CMB airport (15 minutes by car) but needs a lot of repairs and improvements. The overall decor is dark and gloomy. Exterior of building needs painting. The hotel has poor streetscape appeal so on first arrival a guest feels they have made a poor decision however on entering the lobby and met by friendly staff it becomes more reassuring. Lots of doors and passageways make the hotel feel uninviting, dark and old fashioned. Stayed twice and never saw the swimming pool which I understand is somewhere in the hotel. The restaurant food does not suit overseas guests, was expensive with limited choices so we ordered room service twice. Reception staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I hope the owners put some money into refurbishing this hotel as it could be a fantastic hotel for overseas guest coming through Colombo. Until it is smartened up I would only stay 1 night whilst in transit.

空港から近いです。 時間の関係でちょっと滞在には便利かもしれません。 でも、近くにはお店やバスもないです。 近くのバス停や電車の駅は タクシー、トゥクトゥクを使わないと歩くのは大変。 アメニティは何も無いです。 持参する必要有ります。 部屋は衣類をかける為のラックと椅子、ゴミ箱のみ。 朝食はあります。 飲食は屋上テラスで食べることになっています。 スリランカ🇱🇰料理ミルクライス、ココナッツ🥥使ったサンボールー出してくれました。辛いけどとても美味しかった。 ホテルのトゥク🏨トゥク高いと思います。 金銭トラブルがありました。 お願いした場所に買い物に行き、レジが混んでいた為時間がかかりました。びっくりする金額が請求されました。 、、なぜかを伺ったのですが理解しにくい回答でした。 ちょっと残念。利用前にオーナーとお金をきちんと相談し利用した方が良い。 このホテル予約サイトから支払い済みでホテルに滞在したのに 滞在費を請求されました。 アプリから領収書の画像を見せて説明し、返金を願いました。 トゥクトゥクと合わせて請求お支払いしたのですが、、 理解できない理由でトゥクトゥクが高く取られた為 ホテル代金全額は返って来ませんでした。 オーナーからは、支払い済みは知らなかった。と回答。 なぜ、アプリサイトからカード支払いして予約したのに その様に回答されたのか、どんな仕組みになっているのか、、理解しにくい結果が残念でした😢

Nos quedamos allí antes de ir al aeropuerto y luego no nos permitimos tomar nuestro vuelo de evacuación así que volvimos y dijimos al gerente que tenemos poco dinero para comida y pagaremos cuando recibamos nuestro dinero de reembolso y firmamos un documento a la A la hora de la recepción, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Fueron tan bosques y rudos y nos hizo pagar por fumar en la habitación después de 8 días de no decir ni siquiera que no está permitido y no poniendo ninguna señal para ello.. una de las peores personas en Sri Lanka.. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto!!!!!!

Porque el aeropuerto casi reservaba esta casa, se quedó a media noche, el jefe estaba muy entusiasmado, el camarote nos trajo dos de una toalla de la mano. Cuando la luz oscura de la habitación descubrió que las camas y los toallas estaban sucios, no nos quitábamos los vestidos. La habitación es grande, la puerta del cuarto de baño no puede ser bloqueada, se dirige a otra puerta, un poco colapsada, los demás pueden entrar en nuestro cuarto de baño de afuera! No se llega a las 5 de la mañana, se ha escurado que nuestras dos chicas se mudaron más de 30 kilos de equipaje de la planta superior. No se llamó el coche para despertar al personal. Pero ayer nos llamó un taxi. Nos sorprendió ver el coche de tres ruedas y el precio se duplicó porque no podíamos dejar el equipaje y por razones de seguridad no queríamos ir, el conductor se fue enojado y dijo: ”Tenéis dinero, Nuestro país es pobre. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Los errores del hotel no nos dijeron que era el precio y el taxi, y los conductores tchad han cometido un error. Después, el hotel no pudo ayudarme a llamar o arreglar un coche para el aeropuerto. En caso de que el avión se retrasara, finalmente encontramos un coche en la carretera de la negra, y la desgracia es que no podemos encontrarlo. Sugerimos que el vuelo no se quede en el hotel informal temprano, si el viaje no puede garantizar que es muy problemático.
