The hotel was very well located a few steps from Palazzo Reale and Castel Nuovo and only a few blocks from the port. The customer service was very positive, from the moment we did the check in until we literally left the hotel. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind to us. The elevator is something to experience, although only a few floors it worth to try it and the receptionist will give you the coins to use it. I will highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are very spacious, our even have a balcony and the decor is unique and beautiful. Breakfast has a huge selection of pastries, coffes etc...

酒店地理位置優越。去哪都方便。在長廊裏。四樓，前台接待熱情，入住快。房間裏有非常優美的裝飾畫。衞生很好。但是空調還是什麼噪音很響。早上七點就被杯子碟子碰撞和説話聲吵醒。原來我們房隔壁就是早餐廳。

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good. The building that the hotel is in is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is on the 4th floor. You have to buzz in sometimes if the door downstairs is closed. We chose to walk up the stairs but there is an elevator. I think it costs 10c but the hotel will give you money. It can be a bit noisy in the atrium as it is open all night but not a big deal. Just an amazing location. Restaurants all around block so easy to find food. Take the free walking tour when in Naples.

Hotellet er som sådan fint - og venlig reception. Vi havde 3 overnatninger. Rengøring var absolut mangelfuld; skete kun 1 gang med ringe resultat og vi måtte selv hente toiletpapir, håndklæder osv. Morgenmad er ringe; benyt i stedet de skønne kaffesteder lige uden for hotellet. Beliggenhed er fantastisk - lige midt i byen.

Good location in nice part of the city, date rooms and very loud AC. Bathroom also very dated. Difficult to find if you come at night, you have to buzz through metal gates and go to the 4th floor where no one told us, also organised driver to pick us up from airport and was a no show so had to take a cab which I wanted to avoid given Naples reputation with pickpockets.

Nous avions pris chambre superieure double pour 3 nuits. Hotel tres bien place pour visiter naples, proprete de la chambre irreprochable. Par contre le descriptif est mensonge, notre balcon "vue ville" donnait en fait dans un recoin ou il n y avait aucune vie si ce n est sur les poubelles, ramassees a 3 h du matin dans un vacarme infernal. Le descriptif indiquait egalement une baignoire profonde qui n existait pas mais une douche. L hotel est situe au 4e etage d un immeuble tres ancien et tres beau mais il fait payer 10cts a chaque fois que vous le prenez. L hotel fourni les pieces mais au compte goutte , il faut reclamer et l amabilite de la reception ne fait pas partie du registre.
