Lit catastrophique. Le matelas était plié en deux. Un creux au milieu Chambre propre sinon A 7h30 le son du marteau piqueur (travaux dans l'immeuble) Pour le petit déjeuner c'est au café en face de la place On a attendu 20 minutes le croissant sans succès. On est parti A éviter

The facility is located near the main train and bus station. This made it very easy to get around Naples without a car. We stayed here for a week. The facility is clean and there is a kitchen available to use during your stay. There is a laundry and grocery store located within easy walking distance.

Points forts : - emplacement - bonne literie et logement fonctionnel Points négatifs : - logement très bruyant. Nous ne pouvions dormir qu'à partir de 1h30 du matin car une personne logeant dans la chambre 1 commence le ménage à 23h30. - il n'y a pas de salle de réception / déjeuner contrairement aux photos et à l'annonce - nous pouvions entendre tous les autres occupants téléphoner, ronfler, regarder un match, etc... - petit déjeuner très minimaliste avec seulement un café et une viennoiserie - aucun personnel rencontré lors de notre séjour, il n'y avait personne à la réception.

We found check in difficult and stressful. It was hard to locate the building and then figure out how to use the keypad to gain access. The surrounding neighbourhood did not feel safe (especially at nighttime). The wall in the bedroom was very thin and we could hear every word/cry from a small child from the family next door. The first time we showered, the door came off the slider. The shelf in the shower was rusty and the shower drained very slowly. We expected breakfast to be included and this is one of the reasons we booked this property over others in Naples. Multiple factors indicated breakfast was included: 1) described as a “bed and breakfast” 2) outlined on ********** as “breakfast is served at a nearby bar” 3) a sign on the door with a ticked box indicating breakfast was included Upon discussing this on multiple occasions with the front of house staff who also contacted the owners of the property, we were disappointed in their response and felt they were confrontational. We were told to contact ********** regarding THEIR property as the description was incorrect and we should “take it up with them”. We found the only positives were the TV (which had Netflix) and the property is located within very close proximity to Napoli Centrale (less than 4 minute walk)

Was our second worst stay in our month long journey in Italy. Walls are PAPER thin and there is some family next door making all kinds of noise during the night. I’m not a light sleeper but it was very disturbing. The room REEKED of smoke, get a ozone in there! Kitchen is tiny but suitable. Not in a nice area at all, wouldn’t walk around at night. Only perk is across the street from the train station. Wouldn’t recommend staying, spend the money and go elsewhere

Clean room, bed OK. Shower head not working. Drain clogged. TV not working. Surroundings don't really feel safe.

After being messaged 3 times on WhatsApp and *********** to supply an arrival time, I message this hotel back giving my ETA - which I felt pressured to supply. Upon discussion with my wife, we decided to maybe change things around, and even though we were passed the free cancellation date, we requested if we could change the 1 night stay to a two night stay at the end of our 2 week holiday. They responded that yes those dates were available and said I'd need to call *********** to do so. I assume this was because I had been charged for the hotel so I spent 45 minutes on the phone to ***********, who called the hotel TWICE to try and convince them to let me change. They claimed the hotel was booking the one night I wanted (even thought ***********.assistant could see in their messages they said otherwise) yet mentioned how they had tried to get in touch with me but I hadn't responded. So basically, because I was still planning my itinerary and couldn't supply an answer, they spitefully declined to change my days unless I let the 72euros for my single go as a cancellation. What a scam! Even if they had said, no sorry not without losing your payment already made, I at least wouldn't have wasted 45 minutes on the phone. Save your money! From the photos on *********** (which I failed to check) it looks like you won't get a room like in their pictures anyway! **Photo showing their availability when they claimed not to be, and allowed me to go through to the final step button - which I didn't press! Remodeled room, very close to station, very small water flow from sink, shady neighborhood.

Struttura non munita di pos nel 2023! All’arrivo in struttura scopro di dover saldare con un pagamento in contanti nonostante non fosse specificato in precedenza. Mi è stato richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno nonostante era stato specificato che era tutto compreso nel prezzo già pattuito. Ascensore davvero scomodo anche per 2 persone con bagaglio. Stanze nel complesso carine ma l’inquadratura delle foto inganna sulla reale dimensione. Per concludere in bellezza vengo accusato di aver rubato le asciugamani della doccia, nonostante le stesse fossero già per terra.
