El hotel es un hotel que no merece ni unas 2 estrellas. En el hotel, el parque de estacionamiento es muy inadecuado, y me desaparecí, la entrada es muy estrecha y el parque está ocupado por materiales de construcción. En el restaurante del hotel, donde sólo comí un apetito, sin que se me dijera que después de 10.30 pm ya no puedes pedir comida. En el salir, aunque no había utilizado la habitación, me desaparecí por falta de condiciones de estacionamiento, había comido lo más que podía en el restaurante del hotel, me habían impuesto 315 Lei, se me dijo que estas eran sus condiciones y que si no pagaba, No me gustaría abrir la puerta de la garaje, condiciones en las que pagué la cantidad solicitada !!!!!!! Escogí otro hotel, la Ramada, donde me quedé, dormido y pagué por el alojamiento. En conclusión, el importe pagado a Simfonia fue por un servicio no prestado y como resultado de ”blackmail” - no abrirán su puerta de garaje si no pagas- que no es legal y, por supuesto, no debería encontrarse en el comportamiento de las personas que trabajan en HORECA. Añadiré que el ascensor es muy pequeño y a menudo se atrae entre pisos, cuando dejé la mesa del restaurante me pidió a 2 damas que ayudaran a llevar un bebé a las escaleras.
