El hotel estaba cocinado y tenía buenas habitaciones. Aunque no muy moderna, la habitación estaba equipada con todo lo que necesitamos y tenía gran acústica. El desayuno era agradable, con una variedad de comidas y comidas típicas alemanas. El barrio no estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero eso nos resultó muy bueno, ya que tuvimos que experimentar la vida local.

Muy bueno servicio en todas las áreas! Las damas en la recepción son muy amables y útiles. La comida en el restaurante es muy deliciosa. Los tiempos de espera son cortos. Bella es la zona exterior justo en la playa. Para celebrar, se recomienda especialmente la casa exclusiva de barcos.

Main gripe lack of storage. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom to keep wet items separate. Stayed for 6 nights and lived out of suitcases for 3. Only 3 hangers in small wardrobe. Not enough for 2 people. Took several complaints and 3 days to get more.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

El nivel general es satisfactorio y el transporte es muy conveniente. Una es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación se controla de forma centralizada y la temperatura no se puede ajustar, por lo que se siente un poco fría.

Wir hatten ein Komfort Zimmer zum Garten raus. Sehr ruhig große Terasse und sehr bequeme Betten. Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Nach der Reservierung haben wir einen Wasserkocher per Mail angefragt und beim check in wurde nochmals kontrolliert ob er wirklich da ist war er auch. Die Besitzerin war unglaublich süss und sehr auf die Gäste fokussiert wir haben uns super aufgenommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder ❤
