Estadía agradable. No esperaba esta calidad. Surpresa y impresionada. Limpia y agradable y un lugar genuino para viajes familiares y de negocios. No uno de esos hoteles sombríos. El servicio de habitaciones y el personal son muy buenos. Los gestos bonitos de dar pasteles de té complementarios en la noche es un gesto muy caliente de hospitalidad. Su difusión del desayuno es muy buena. Está casi todo ofrecido y la calidad es muy buena. Sabor y fresco. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Afortunado tener la habitación. Espacial y limpio. Todo en la habitación es funcional. No encontró nada negativo sobre este lugar. Absolutamente vale la pena visitar. Situación es buena y transporte público fácilmente disponible.

I found the property on make my trip as i had to stay in andheri west. The other hotels had comparatively more bad reviews than this hotel. 1. Deluxe room is too small so i had to upgrade to executive room, it was 4k extra. 2. Staff is okay, but yeah you'll know they want a tip by their body language. 3. If you order swiggy food, you'll have to go to counter to accept the order yourself. They don't allow either the delivery guy to come up to your room, or send one of their own staff or workers to give the package to us, which is not cool i guess. 4. The tv, you can't use netflix on it, and staff took like 60 mins to figure out what the password is, they told us the password a few times for wifi but it didn't work, turns out, they didn't know as well. 5. I don't think they had any parking space. 6. Had to remind them a few times to change the towels. 7. I love to shower with hot water. Using the handle towards hot, sometimes the water was just mildly warm when i pushed it to extreme end, and once it was just too hot. 8. I'd rate it 3. 5, it is not a bad place to stay. My room costed 15. 5k+4 k to upgrade to executive room. So 2 nights was 19. 5k 9. Makemytrips' rate keeps fluctuating so i kept canceling and booking again. Initially i booked a deluxe room for 26k. So yeah i saved a lot. Hope this helps someone.

Aquí me gusta el ambiente agradable y amable, y a la gente le gusta la actitud. Small boutique style hotel located close to Lokhandwala complex which is an upscale shopping area. Not ***y services on this road though. Premises are said to have been recently renovated. Good clean rooms. There’s no kettle in the room.

The hotel is a comfortable place to stay. The swimming pool is well maintained . Did not see a pool attendant for the 2 hrs we used the pool though. Archi at the check in was very welcoming and extremely quick to do her job. Was efficient at check out as well. There was no information of the complimentary hi tea any where in our reservation confirmation also was not informed on arrival. Got to know the same by room service when I tried to order tea late afternoon. Food overall quality is good. Had ala carte lunch in the coffee shop which was pretty good and service was brilliant. The (female) captain at the coffee shop was extremely courteous. Ordered dinner from room service which was very good and served hot. ***av was excellent at breakfast service. Room HK- Requested an HK staff for evening service when was near the elevator . She just got the bathroom touched up and placed fresh towels. It would be a nice gesture to touch up the bed as well. Wanted to meet the GM for a feedback on a safety issue which i had on mind. I was informed that he was not available and hence met the Lobby ***ager. The glass table tops in the entire hotel ( guest rooms , coffee shop etc) have extremely sharp edges. Considering that you cater to so ***y families this is an area of safety concern with children around the hotel specifically the ones who are as tall as your table tops. Never heard back from the GM on the feedback despite leaving back my credentials. not sure if feed back was taken constructively. Over all good place to stay
