Amazing hotel very nice staff and they thought of every guests needs. Food is also next level

The Oberoi is an institution in Mumbai. All Oberoi hotels have a calm welcoming atmosphere and a distinctive scent in the lobby. The only issue is the hotel charges INR 1 for releasing credit card pre-authorizations - a small amount but it’s the principle of charging for providing nothing.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Really great service where check in was done in the room and reception staff were great. Room was ok too and the soundproofing was probably one of the best amongst all 5-star hotels in Mumbai. Breakfast at the lounge is mainly by ordering from the menu (which has a relatively wide selection). Gym was quite well equipped too. Overall a good stay, although its a little more costlier than the other 5star hotels for the room size.

Had to cancel due to reasons and hotel took a long time to get back. Very disappointed

This hotel has the rare privilege of being able to claim its excellence in every aspect.From the moment you check in to check out, the evident interest in its guests' experience and overall superb service are evident. Slightly pricey, but certainty worth it.

The staff and service is truly what makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay. The hotel itself is very comfortable, super clean and the atmosphere puts you at ease and is so uplifting. I loved my stay and this hotel is my top choice!

Stayed in a suite which was really high quality. Service was top notch throughout. Would definitely return.

The ambience of the hotel is very fitting for a 5 star hotel. I recommend anyone who wants to be pampered and have a pleasant stay in Mumbai to book at the Oberoi.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and restaurant. West-facing pool particularly nice for all-day sun. Breakfast very good. 30 mins walk to Gate of India. However, small single-use plastic bottles for water at the pool was disappointing.

Impressive Staff, treats every customer like an individual not just a reservation.

Can't fault Oberoi throughout our stay. The attention to detail is exceptional. We left a folded book in the bedroom and returned to find it being replaced with a bookmark. My 2 year old son was given a few cuddly toy and a mini bedroom slipper to fit his tiny feet. Service throughout our stay have been an amazing experience.
