One of the worst hotel , rooms ok service worst and they don’t allow guest that’s really weird and it’s expensive better u book 5star coz they sell in same price

Location wise is great which is near to malls and shopping areas. You will find a lot of food options outside the hotel in case you need to try local food. inhouse restaurant is very good and has hygiene and tasty food.

I had a wonderful stay at the EMPRESA! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and it was easy to walk to many of the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting MUMBAI."

The location was good. Rooms were clean but very small Food was average. Overall an ok experience

I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. I had no experience of the breakfast offering this time so cannot comment on that. The room was smart and clean and the general impression was good. My only negative point is in respect of the WiFi, which was very very weak (less than 0.5 mbps), so no possibility of streaming, and difficult to access. If I stay here again (possible), I would want assurances as to getting a better bandwidth. I have since read that WiFi had to be paid for, perhaps this might be better, but it was not offered to me.

It's easy to find, and looks good. But the surprise is in the room. it's not less than a 5 star in terms of aesthetics, and facilities. it's certainly smaller, but really, so what? the washroom is clean and modern, there's a separate cubicle for your luggage and the service and staff are easily 5 star level.

I always book the same hotel, but this time i was quite disappointed. The wi-fi they provided was not working at all, and the breakfast options were very limited. The breakfast is supposed to be available till 10:30, but when i arrived around 10:25 or 10:26, the buffet was almost closed, and there was hardly any food left on the table; they had packed everything up. I don't understand why they state that breakfast is available until 10:30 if they are going to start clearing things away before then. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but i've noticed something interesting at their buffets. When it’s close to closing time, they usually ask, "ma'am, what would you like" if there's something already prepared, they often bring it out for you. However, at this hotel when i requested a dosa, they refused, saying, "no ma'am, we won't be getting anything. You can only take what's left on the counter" which consisted of just sambar. There were also two items already on the food trolley that they were taking into the kitchen. I ended up serving myself, as nobody offered to help me. Additionally, the variety of food was poor, with only two vegetarian options and one non-vegetarian option, plus a couple of fruits. It really wasn’t worth it. Moreover, when i tried to reach the reception desk late at night around 1:30 am, i called 15 times, but no one responded because the phone was left unattended. I ended up going to bed without anything to eat, as i couldn't go downstairs to get something either. Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory.
