This is condominium + hotel style. Complete with kitchenette, hall, tv, sofa and even coway water filter for drinking. Free parking lot at the basement with security. Also it equip with iron, ironing board, hair dryer and it has balcony for deluxe suite room (balcony- forgot to take picture)! I love this place. All things i need it complete in this place. I would recommend this place.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas, buenas habitaciones, amigables, aparcamiento amplio. A un poco de limpieza, la habitación que al principio nos dio no es limpia. Pero el personal más joven vino a cambiar una nueva habitación. Si se examina más este asunto, será muy bueno.

Overall satisfied with the cleanliness. Opposite is big shopping mall, Makro Hypermarket just beside and Greenway Night Market just within 15 minutes walk.

Very nice location, nice parking places, clean, but water pressure was low, hope can improve it, other than that, good to stay here, will come back again😍😍

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice from the moment I walked in. The staff looked great and provided excellent service. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and I loved that I could order food straight to my room with the room service. The room also had an iron, which was very convenient. There are vending machines for convenience, and even a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks inside the hotel. The location is also very good close to convenience stores and not far from Central, which made everything easy. The hotel also offers a morning call service and can help call public transport, which was really helpful. One of my favorite parts was the library room quiet and cozy, perfect for reading and relaxing. In the room provides free drinking water every day, complimentary snacks, and amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed. I’ll definitely come back next time!

My stay at TonAoi Grand Hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to several maintenance issues in the room. Upon check-in, I discovered that both the room door indicator light and the toilet light were not working. I reported the problems and requested a room change, but the reception informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The maintenance team came promptly to inspect the issues. While they managed to repair the toilet light, they were unable to fix the door light. Later, I also found that the hair dryer was faulty and could not be used at all. In addition, the air conditioning was not performing well. Even when set to the maximum cooling level, the room never became sufficiently cold, making the stay less comfortable than expected. I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance team and the staff's efforts to assist. However, it was frustrating to encounter multiple equipment failures in the same room. I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance checks and room inspections to ensure all facilities are in proper working condition before guests arrive.

Recomiendo el B.P. Grand Tower Hotel en Hat Yai si desea una ubicación excelente, habitaciones confortables y fácil acceso a todo durante su viaje. El hotel está situado en el centro de Hat Yai, lo que significa que usted está a sólo pasos de tiendas como Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, y muchos restaurantes y lugares de masaje perfecto para explorar a pie sin necesidad de transporte. The view are nice, the staff are friendly, send us up and down from the mountain. But after sunrise not suitable to stay in room, cause very hot.
