En nuestra tercera estancia, descubrimos que se estaban aprovechando de nosotros. La recepcionista alta del número 9 no nos asignó la habitación de la foto. La reservé por la vista de la pagoda desde la ventana, pero nos dio una habitación en la planta baja, con vistas a la sombra. Cuando discutí con ella, dijo que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas. Estábamos demasiado cansados ​​para discutir mucho, así que nos quedamos de todos modos. Esa noche, le pedí dos veces que llamara un taxi para las 6 de la mañana siguiente, pidiendo específicamente uno más grande porque llevábamos mucho equipaje. Aceptó de inmediato y también le pidió que preparara el desayuno. Located within walking distance to the Buddha Stupa, this hotel is in a convenient location yet in a quiet corner near the stupa. The service is great and the staff are very helpful and hospitable. The highlight is there’s a ******* Buddhism Monastery right in the hotel’s yard, and guests can do free yoga course every morning inside the monastery which is a big plus.

Con el aire acondicionado encendido, el ruido de la ventilación es extremadamente fuerte y molesto. 2. Tras mucha negociación con recepción, conseguí cambiar de habitación, pero la tapa del inodoro se cayó dentro. ¡Además, había zonas del suelo que no estaban bien limpias! He hablado de estos problemas con el hotel. Finalmente, volví a contactar con el hotel esperando una compensación, pero me respondieron que no habría ninguna, solo un reembolso y un cambio de hotel. ¡A más de 1400 yuanes la noche, simplemente no merece la pena!

Si te alojas en Katmandú, este hotel es una buena opción. Lo mejor es que es nuevo (abrió sus puertas en 2024). Todo el personal, incluyendo el del spa y el desayuno, es muy atento. Además, todo está en perfecto estado, como las duchas y los baños de las habitaciones, el wifi, las tarjetas de acceso electrónicas y la televisión por internet. Lamentablemente, otros hoteles suelen ser un poco más antiguos, con aparatos electrónicos rotos, algo sucios o que no funcionan. Si bien es cierto que los hoteles más antiguos tienen jardines y una ubicación excelente, no se pueden comparar con las instalaciones más modernas. El desayuno también tenía unas vistas preciosas. Soy japonés y vivo en el extranjero. Recomiendo este hotel tranquilo y apacible para familias con niños y, por supuesto, para quienes viajan solos.

Very good value for money. The location is not ideal if you want to explore Kathmandu but it's perfect if you have to catch a flight the following day. The view of the city from the rooftop is also amazing.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Stayed at this hotel for a week and it was okay . First day they gave me a very small room far from what I had paid for . The next morning the receptionist decided to move me to the room that matched what I paid for . The location is good , close to the tourist area. At night it’s loud outside but then it’s something you can work with . They have a rooftop restaurant with delicious dishes . I enjoyed the food throughout my stay. If I ever come back again , I will book this hotel again .

酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。 很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。 因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

C’est un superbe hôtel , l’emplacement est bon et c’est très calme . Ils sont très accueillants et souciants . J’ai été traité comme un roi . Juste que l’eau dans les toilettes sent pas bon du tout c’est le seul défaut de l’hôtel . Et aussi j’ai réclamé un changement de drap et couvertures le gérant m’a promis mais il l’a pas fait , j’ai du dormir 5 jours sur la même couverture
