We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It truly exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the caretaker's service was truly exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure the comfort and hygiene of the guests. As a whole-house rental with three spacious bedrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the major conveniences was the fully equipped kitchen. It had every single cooking utensil and appliance we could possibly need, which made preparing meals for the family easy and enjoyable.

it was an excellent service from the host, fluent in english and he even pick us up and drove us to the station. the villa gave us a magical experience, everything was top notch. and also important thing is the location, if you plan to go to iwatake snowpeaks then komakusa villa is the best place to stay, just 1 minute walk and you can see the gondola from the room. thankyou yutaka fukushima

This is a cute place,although I came here in November it going to snow season but we’re too early to come with out update anything, so then i missed many activities on Hakuba and this place feel like japan traditional style and vibe soft and warm

Es como vivir en una casa cómoda, muy cómoda. Puedo sentir la riqueza de la naturaleza, tranquilo y relajado por las ventanas.

El jefe sabe inglés, comunicarse sin obstáculos, muy cerca de la estación de caballos blancos, a unos minutos de caminar. El interior de la habitación es normal de popularidad, la higiene es limpia, y hay un desayuno sencillo. Quizás consideremos que somos dos chicas las que nos ayudaron a actualizar gratis con un guardarropa independiente. Muchas gracias.

very cute Japanese accommodation. got a standard twin room for two which was very spacious with 2 single beds, tatami area and toilet. hotel has onsen, breakfast and room for storing + drying ski equipment. highly recommend for its price and location 👍

El hotel es muy bonito, muchos extranjeros, una hermosa aldea de caballos blancos tranquila, super cómoda! El paisaje es super hermoso! Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y otras temporadas también son hermosas!

民宿內部總體非常乾淨，公共區域裝修佈置的非常温馨，一樓大廳有木炭火爐，可在爐邊沙發休憩，非常愜意，民宿整體有一種復古木質別墅的感覺。 房間都在二樓，需要把自己的行李搬上去（沒電梯），房間面積小，房間內十分温暖，總體比較乾淨，但時不時會有蟲子出現（遇到三衹）。住在民宿的時候，比較適合在一樓大廳區域活動（比較舒適）。 但民宿沒有獨立衞生間和浴室，都是公用的，對於住慣酒店的人會不太習慣。 民宿有兩個公共浴室，需要填表預約使用，每個浴室都有淋雨和湯池，整體很乾凈，由於店內房間不多，因此也不會有排隊洗澡的情況。 但民宿的公共衞生間的清掃打理還有待改進，二樓的男廁馬桶有些漏水，而且廢紙簍也沒定期清理。相較浴室，公共衞生間使用起來還是不太方便，會有多人撞車的情形。 民宿老闆夫婦待人接物都很熱情，響應及時，但老闆夫婦英語一般，因此大多數時候交流需要翻譯軟件，會花費不少時間。 想去五龍/47雪場的可以問民宿老闆買優惠雪卡，6000日元/天，比雪場買便宜很多，另外民宿租雪具也很便宜。 民宿旁的hotel oak tree（走路過去5分鐘）是個免費巴士站點，有不少去各雪場的免費大巴，但需要注意時間表（民宿裏有），大巴發車時段有限，錯過就沒車了。其他交通方式就是打車，但白馬打車並不容易，經常沒車（價格貴是其了）。

Hasta que quiera comprar también hay un servicio de lavadora de monedas. Hay muchas pulverizaciones para elegir. La puerta digital es difícil de abrir, tiene que esperar al ritmo. En general, vale la pena y es una buena elección para las personas que aman la paz.
