This is my first time booking a homestay through Trip.com, and I'm really pleasantly surprised. We booked the king room. It's spacious with a lovely unique retro style. All paintings around the house are made by the hostess, they look amazing. They have a rooftop full of flowers and a small fish pond. In the evening, my wife and I sat up there with some beer and enjoyed the nice night view. It was very relaxing. This is their own home, not a commercial hotel, so it feels warm and welcoming. We met the host, his wife and their baby and had a great chat. She showed us her artworks, including copies of Van Gogh and Monet. Such a lovely family. We would love to come back again.

I have been traveling through China for four months staying on average three nights in hotels. I stumbled upon this little gem and booked it for one month. The three ladies running the establishment treat you like family. You could not ask for more personal yet professional service I stayed in three different rooms and they are all extremely clean and well appointed. Located in the historic little town, the hotel is perfectly located on one of the canals Steps away from the busy little market streets, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful even when the tourists arrive mostly on weekends. At night, the town folds up and goes to sleep. There are many restaurants in the village, with basic foods and necessities available at the little food store and stalls. The gym, shopping centers, and malls are an 8 to 10 minute drive away

El hotel está a pocos minutos a pie del Jardín Qinghui, permitiendo un fácil acceso a la excursión del jardín. En días de ocio, también podíamos caminar a Huagai Pedestrian Street para probar la cocina Shunde. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y frescas, con camas cómodas. Antes de la entrada, teníamos muchos paquetes de entrega, y el personal nos ayudó a recogerlos. El personal del escritorio delantero estaba caliente y atento. Es muy raro encontrar ese precio y calidad cerca de una zona de escena. ¡Este lugar es muy apropiado para un viaje corto o para visitar el Jardín Qinghui, y lo elegiré de nuevo la próxima vez que visito Shunde!

Very good hotel. It was very clean and pleasant. Whole area and the hotel was built in European style. Room was not European style, because there is a hot tub in the middle of the room. You can slide the doors to HIDE it. But still it has a shower cabin, toilet seat, hot tub and a sink separated from the room with very loose slide doors. But I must admit, everything was clean and in a good condition. Service was nice and polite. Breakfast was a good, nice buffet. There is an option to have dinner there in the hotel, I suggest that option. Everything around the hotel is pretty close: water park, hot springs, massage center and other stuff.

Overall great experience in the hotel. Get free upgrade with window room. Location near to 西樵山 and 佛山千古情 . The only cons is room come with smoke smell when arrive

Everything including the service, the surrounding nature, the level of cleanliness was perfect. We enjoyed the beauty of Guanyin statue, the beautiful lake by the hotel, the original shapes of the hotel buildings. The food was good. But if you're coming by taxi reaching the hotel will be a real challenge! Thanks to the hotel service they arranged a car to go up the mountain. But the cars are not always available. So sometimes you'll have either to wait or just walk to the destination. In general, we're happy with our staying at this hotel.

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

Our stay at this hotel was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Located at the foot of the mountain, it offers a peaceful, natural ambiance that's perfect for unwinding. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and escape from everyday stress. The staff were excellent—always approachable and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway. We look forward to returning!
