Wanted to give a shout out to the team at Sandal’s MoBay for yet another amazing trip. We arrived for our 31st visit the second week of March to meet up with several couples we have met through the years to celebrate three of their birthdays. The weesk prior to our arrival had been extremely difficult on the island as they had several days of bad weather and extreme flooding. The team at MoBay had done an amazing job getting the entire property cleaned up and back functioning. When we arrived we were met by one of our favorite butlers Marvin, he is simply amazing. He leaves no small detail undone and continues to amaze us trip after trip along with his partner in crime Marvin. These two are in our opinion at the top of their game when it comes to providing a 5 star experience. We refer to them as the not only the butler A team but we count them as family. We had beautiful weather the entire week and amazing service from everyone but I have to call out a few special people that consistently go above and beyond to make it a truly memorable experience. Romario and Rayon at the main bar in the evenings are great. They never forget a face or a drink order and always had a drink ready for me without even having to ask. If you have heard of rainbow shots but never experienced them you have to go visit Dane in the evenings at the Piano Bar. The man is truly amazing. I can’t leave out Everton in the living room at night for entertainment. Thanks for all you do to make sure everything is just right. Loxley at the late night grill is yet another hidden gem. We always look forward to seeing him and catching up over a late night snack. Horace at Butches and Joel are the simple the best. These two men never stop working to ensure each guest is treated special and provide the best dining on property in opinions. Dwayne, Sasha and Stephaun at Butches and Soy. Have to give credit to the entire team in the Photo shop from “Dirty Kurt”, Kevin, Omar, Adrian and Marsha that keeps them all in line. We love you guys for capturing all of our special memories for us and look forward to seeing you each trip and what new ideas you have for new poses. I can’t forget about Duncan and Christopher Grant that help lead the teams at MoBay and always go above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back again.

My self respect dropped a few notches after staying at this hotel. This place is garbage! There were a large number of issues. I only gave it one star because there was no option to give it zero stars. Firstly, when we arrived, the hotel told us that ******* had not sent over our reservation that we made three days prior. They sent us away bag and baggage into Montego Bay with nowhere to go. I reached out to *******, who reached out to the hotel to confirm our reservation and we returned and checked in. we checked in because we had nowhere else to go. The following are just some of the issues that we have with the hotel. Electrical outlets didn’t work, wiring was sketchy, the toilet didn’t flush, the TV had no reception, there was no laundry service as indicated in the hotel services online. We asked and we told that there was no laundry service that day because they dry the clothes and it was raining. The bathroom door didn’t lock and it fell open when you tried to close it zero privacy for taking a shower or using the toilet . there was a gaping hole in the balcony door where the handle used to be. Air conditioner was either on or off (so you were either freezing or roasting). The ceiling fan didn’t work. There were no light fixtures, just bulbs sticking out of the wall. There is no smoke detector it was pulled out of the ceiling and you can see the wires (see picture) There were multiple light switches. We had no idea what they were for because they didn’t seem to do anything. There was an ironing board, but no iron. Housekeeping came and handed my husband a random brown tray and said it belong to the room. She laid it on the fridge, and we realized later that the reason that it was there is because there was a leak around the bulb in the ceiling and it was dripping down into the fridge where by the way, we are unknowingly charging our phones. In summary, I do not recommend this place I recommend that you stay as far away from possible. I don’t know who are these 10 out of 10 ratings on other sites and I’m pretty sure that it must be staff or the owners..

Recibí el Seagarden para mi cumpleaños y estaba bien. El hotel es un hotel totalmente integrado y les diré, aunque no tienen la tapa superior en los bares, los barmanes hacen lo mejor para acomodarlos, es sólo que hay tanto que pueden hacer. La casa es vieja, así que esperan viejas habitaciones en el edificio principal. Me quedé en la sección moderna y esas habitaciones fueron espaciosas y modernas. La playa es pequeña pero muy agradable (agua clara maravillosa) y ofrecen gratis kayaking y paddleboarding. La distancia a la Hip Strip es de diez minutos a pie que le recomiendo hacer durante el día. El taxi es caro, incluso para un viaje de cinco minutos, así que encuentre a alguien que te llevará a los lugares para obtener descuentos durante tu viaje, los jamaicanos son muy amables y te ahogarán (pregunte a Andre - él era excelente!).

El personal del shuttle de Wayne, el conductor del transbordador a los consejeros de la oficina principal Mervina y Beverly y los consejeros de las actividades Marsha, ofrecen un servicio excelente. ¡La casa me sorprendió con una hermosa sorpresa de cumpleaños diseñada con flores y toallas en mi cama! El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno es un menú local mezclado con artículos americanos. El restaurante Peppa se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, con una gran variedad de comidas, y el interior de la casa es muy agradable y las vistas al océano, con vistas espectaculares a las zonas turísticas. El hotel se encuentra en una colina y se ha ido a actividades turísticas como la hip ***** y otras atracciones turísticas cercanas es 1.5 kilómetros a pie, pero a 30 minutos a pie y abajo de la colina. ¡Pero el transporte a y desde el turismo ***** DEBE ESPECIALIZAR! El servicio de navegación gratuita sólo debe ofrecerse al principal ****** porque es peligroso caminar alrededor de un campo de montaña frente a los coches y camiones de velocidad. La ubicación en el mapa es algo engañosa. Es mejor alquilar un coche justo para bajar la colina. Espero que el servicio de navegación cambie pronto y el servicio se ejecuta periódicamente al menos 2 veces por hora a la ***** y de vuelta.

Hola! Este es Aldania Harvey. Mi marido Mark y yo nos quedamos en Deja desde 9/11-9/15 en la habitación 217. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y volveremos pronto. La comida fue excelente, en realidad! Nuestros cumplidos a la chef(s)! El hotel está muy bien decorado, y nos gustan los dos grandes balcónes que miran la banda y el océano. Estubimos hospedados con mi pareja en el hotel Decameron Bech,fue muy grata nuestra estadia, Lo positivo y destacable:la limpieza excelente y a toda hora,hay personal para cada actividad,en el restaurate la comida rica,abundante y bastante condimentada para el paladar argentino,pero rico y variado. La atencion del personal destacable (bares-restaurante) a pesar de la brecha idiomatica,que fue complicado por momentos...siempre intentaron atendernos de la mejor manera...nos sacamos fotos con varios,fueron muy calidos y atentos.Los shows y las actividades que ofrece el hotel muy bueno. Lo malo:el idioma,prácticamente nadie habla español,pero con ayuda del traductor se hizo mas llevadero,nos toco una habitación muy cerca del hall comun del hotel y fue bastante ruidoso...exceptuando eso volveria a elegir Decameron para hospedarme en otros destinos.

El hotel en sí es hermoso y tiene aire acondicionado. Tiene 2 piscinas y está cerca de una pequeña playa. A poca distancia no hay mucho que hacer.
