Valoraciones de Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Sisli

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y bastante nuevas. La recepcionista nos dio una habitación superior, que además tenía un pequeño balcón donde disfrutamos de una brisa nocturna muy agradable. El desayuno es variado y el restaurante es limpio y elegante. El servicio de recepción es excelente; nos pidieron taxis muchísimas veces, nos guardaron el equipaje gratis y nos ayudaron a subirlo.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en una calle lateral, a unos 8 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Osmanbey. El hotel ofrece un ambiente íntimo y privado. Me recibió un personal amable y me asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso. La habitación era moderna, limpia y bien equipada para viajeros de negocios. El desayuno es perfecto y todo el personal del restaurante es extremadamente amable y atento. Gracias por la encantadora estancia en su hotel.

Sinceramente, esto es mucho menos de lo esperado. La comida es tediosa y la habitación no es tan buena como la del Hilton. Si tienen otra opción, por favor, no vengan.

Un poco alejado, pero no está mal. Opciones decentes de desayuno estilo buffet.

Muy mala ubicación habitaciones muy estrechas

I had a pleasant stay overall. As a nice surprise, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The only downside was the noise from the room above. A family with child(ren) was staying there, and there was constant running, shouting, and furniture being moved, even late at night. Unfortunately, it made it difficult to rest and enjoy the stay. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault but rather the behavior of other guests. Apart from that, the service and my overall experience were good.

I would like to recommend staying here for a family, and it's closed by for everythings. The stuffs were helpful and amazing.

The hotel is nice with very polite and ready to assist staff. Rooms are well kept nice mattresses and very nice linen. Easy check in and out process as well. They also have a very vice roof top restaurant with very nice view of şişli

The hotel was clean and comfortable l. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also close to multiple metro station and direct line to Airport. Breakfast could have been improved though but still great with delicious Barklavas and Turkish delights.

I don’t like the location far from the center

Good breakfast options, rooms were clean and spacious. Your usual Ramada standard, would stay again.

The hotel is generally good. However, the air conditioning system is weird. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it stops. In addition, the soundproofing definitely has to be improved.
