Lo elegí ya que tenía buen precio para hacer base y recorrer la zona. Cumplió mi objetivo. En general le falta renov****. La habitación era amplia pero el baño bastante pequeño. This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. We wouldn't hesitate to make a future reservation with this hotel. Moore family

A classic Italian Hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Wed had room 229, witha great view over the pool, aircon, comfy bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. The room was immaculately clean. We were with a tout group (Travelsphere), some had rooms with a little less impressive view, but we had no complaints. Th food was typical Italian and well prepared and tasty ( not as one reviewer stated prepared of site) all presented with panache as only Italians can do,. One of our group needed gluten free, no problem, a specially prepared meal was presented every evening. All the staff were brilliant especially Elvis a real superstar If we were in Montecanti Terme again would definitely stay here

We wanted to surprise her with a Mother's Day gift so I contacted the Montebello Hotel and I asked if they could arrange for a special gift. Not only did they help but they created a magical moment with all kinds of Italian treats and wine. I must admit, the service was unbelievable. Friendly, courteous, helpful. I will definitively visit them when I'm Italy next! Grazie al Montebello Team per tutto!

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

We had the most amazing time at Smarthotel Bartolini, Montecatini Terme. Carlo was the most gracious and amazing host, he made us feel welcome and nothing we asked for was too big a deal. The rooms were beautiful, clean and bright and the food was delicious. I couldn’t reccomend this hotel enough as it’s the perfect location for travelling between Florence, Pisa and the hidden gem that is Lucca. The train station is a very short walk away and was absolutely no bother. I also want to mention Barbara, the lady that makes breakfast. We love her and she is made of sunshine!

Café de máquina, jugos de máquina (muy aquecido) y algunas pastillas tristes. Carne y queso disponibles pero nada inspirador - sin duda hemos tenido mejor. El hotel es un hotel con una habitación superior con terraza, pero lamentablemente el tiempo no era nuestro amigo, por lo que no se le permitió el uso que había esperado. El duche era minúscula con dos puertas dobles, así que tuvo que apagarse y luego cerrar las puertas alrededor de ti mismo y no suficiente espacio para doblar hacia adelante sentado en la Terraza de la Libertad nos aplastaron con volantes, mosquitos y gnats y, El hotel es muy conveniente para Terme ttuccio - es sólo a 800 metros El Funicular es un poco más, pero sólo a 10/15 minutos a pie - muy conveniente! Nos hemos ido a muchas partes de Italia y podemos decir que la comida en el hotel fue la peor que hemos visto. ¿Volvemos?

La ubicación es buena. Y puedes caminar de la estación de Montecatini Termes por sólo 8 minutos. Pero está frío en octubre, y parece que el calefactor no estaba abierto todavía. Pero no estaba frío en la noche. No tiene té y café gratis. El botón de la caldera es muy caliente cuando se cocina el agua. Y mi dedo se quemó cuando intenta desactivarla (no puede desactivar automáticamente). No es apropiado abrir una ventana porque el jardín es un parking y usted puede oler gas. Pero la gente del escritorio delantero es útil. Aunque no están muy fuera, están dispuestos a resolver su problema. Puedes pedirles que reserven un taxi. Y el desayuno es así. Las comidas estaban limitadas y sólo había dos platos calientes (salsa y huevos, o bacon y huevos). Y no tiene spa y piscina. En todo, está bien.

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

La ubicación es buena. Y puedes caminar de la estación de Montecatini Termes por sólo 8 minutos. Pero está frío en octubre, y parece que el calefactor no estaba abierto todavía. Pero no estaba frío en la noche. No tiene té y café gratis. El botón de la caldera es muy caliente cuando se cocina el agua. Y mi dedo se quemó cuando intenta desactivarla (no puede desactivar automáticamente). No es apropiado abrir una ventana porque el jardín es un parking y usted puede oler gas. Pero la gente del escritorio delantero es útil. Aunque no están muy fuera, están dispuestos a resolver su problema. Puedes pedirles que reserven un taxi. Y el desayuno es así. Las comidas estaban limitadas y sólo había dos platos calientes (salsa y huevos, o bacon y huevos). Y no tiene spa y piscina. En todo, está bien.

My mother-in-law was travelling in Italy while North America's Mother's Day. We wanted to surprise her with a Mother's Day gift so I contacted the Montebello Hotel and I asked if they could arrange for a special gift. Not only did they help but they created a magical moment with all kinds of Italian treats and wine. I must admit, the service was unbelievable. Friendly, courteous, helpful. I will definitively visit them when I'm Italy next! Grazie al Montebello Team per tutto!

A beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Located close to restaurants and shops. Our room was a good size with a large bathroom. The lifts are very slow. The air-conditioner couldn't handle the room size, fortunately the window opened. Good breakfast, with he exception of the coffee with I didn't like. The room was very busy as this hotel caters for bus tours.

The hotel is situated about a 10/15 minute walk from the centre. It's a lovely walk from the hotel to where the bars and restaurants are, through a well maintained park. The views from the hotel are incredible too, a very relaxing landscape whilst your hanging out in the pool or having breakfast. The communal spaces in the hotel are well maintained and clean. It's also pretty quiet which we really enjoyed. We stayed in the Junior Suite and liked the room decor and the amount of space and storage available. The automatic lights are a bit annoying if trying to shower at night as they don't work well. What we assumed was bottles of water in the fridge were not free though found out by accident that they were not - there is no price list so be aware of this very easy money making exercise. Breakfast is a pretty standard serving with breads, meats and pastries. All good quality.

Lo elegí ya que tenía buen precio para hacer base y recorrer la zona. Cumplió mi objetivo. En general le falta renov****. La habitación era amplia pero el baño bastante pequeño. Le falta una tetera o hervidor de agua en la habitación para hacer más grata la estadía. El desayuno es muy completo con opciones saladas y dulces.

El hotel dispone de habitaciones amplias y comodas. La limpieza es excelente. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Montecatini. El personal es muy amable y atento con las necesidades de los turistas.Los desayunos son variados y abundantes.

La recepción nos acogió Simone y él era muy agradable y nos ofreció unas bebidas complementarias frías mientras nos ingresamos. Todo en la habitación parecía nuevo, elegante y moderno.
