Übernachtung mit Frühstück in gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage super. Zentral und doch nachts ruhig (bei geschlossenem Fenster). Badezimmer frisch renoviert. Bett schön hart, aber nicht zu hart. Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht. Gegenüber gibt es leckere Pizzastücke, die man gemütlich vor dem Hotel essen kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

He tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar este mes de agosto de unos días en la Toscana y elegimos este hotel como centro desde el que hacer las excursiones a toda la zona. El hotel es un hotel pequeño, cuidado, cómodo, muy agradable, ubicado en una pequeña ciudad que sinceramente me sorprendió muy gratamente. Pero sin duda lo mejor con diferencia a pesar de todo es su personal. Tanto el personal de recepción como el de los desayunos han sido no solo amables, sino que además y a pesar de la diferencia de idiomas te hacían sentirte como en casa. Este hotel es desde luego una excelente elección si viajas por la Toscana

Todo genial!!! Muy limpio, personal muy amable y atento, habitación espaciosa y cómoda con un lavabo muy amplio, hemos pasado una semana en pareja y todo perfecto, desayuno muy completo. Ubicación ideal para visitar la Toscana… muy cerca de todo.

This was our second stay at Smart Hotel Bartolini and once again we had a wonderful time. Carlo & his team excel at making you feel welcome and do everything possible to ensure a perfect stay. Barbara on breakfast is so welcoming and friendly and ensures a great start to the day. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious and provided everything we could need. A great location for exploring Tuscany. Even though it is only our second time there it is beginning to feel like we are visiting old friends. Until next time….

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Bartoli. This is quite a small bijou type hotel on a quiet pleasant street near to the centre of Montecatini and an easy walk from the train station. We were met with a friendly welcome from Carlo on check in and throughout our stay he was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Our room although not massive was characterful,spotlessly clean and well equiped. Our bed was large and comfortable and the ensuite was spacious and with a powerful shower. Our breakfast menu was extremely varied and served freshly prepared to us by the ever smiling Barbara who clearly enjoyed giving the brilliant service to her guests. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

We had a very pleasant experience at Smart Hotel. We were there for two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was exceptional, cooked to order and served by Barbara who went above and beyond our expectations. I also loved having tea available in the room after a long day of sightseeing. I would have liked to stay longer, but we joined a tour at another hotel close by which was bigger but not as good, with less attention to detail.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and explored this part of Tuscany by train. Everything worked perfectly except for the weather! This is a small hotel with very helpful staff , the breakfast is great with eggs etc cooked to order ,bread ,cakes ,tuscan meats cheeses and local delicasies what more can you ask. The rooms and public areas are very high standard there is an honesty bar and coffee machine available all day and any recommendations were very good especially maialotto . This hotel is fantastic value for money.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Montecatini Terme. Close to the centre of everything and only a few mins walk from both train stations (though Centro is a little closer and a nicer walk). The hotel is also close to the Funicular to go up to Alto, which we did twice. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Rooms are also spotlessly clean with fabulous en-suite bathrooms. We booked room only and stayed 7 nights but could elect to have breakfast for €8 once we booked the night before, we did this a few times during our stay and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Montecatini.
