Estuve ahi del 5 al 10 de enero del 2020, y aunque cuando llegamos las habitaciones estaban un poco frias rapidamente nos llevaron calentadores, el joven que nos atendió en recepcion siempre fue muy amable y educado, la limpieza en la habitacion no fue la esperada, solo uno de los dias que estuvimos ahi se realizo bien, pero en cuestion de room service el servicio es excelente asi como el spa, las personas que bajaron nuestras maletas excelente siempre super amables y con una sonrisa nos atendieron,en general son mas cosas buenas las que tiene el hotel, sin duda regresaria.

Una pequeña mesa te acogerá con dulces como Kit Kat o otros chocolates. La misma habitación en la que encontrarás en el mini refrigerador de bebidas como coca, zumo y agua. Todo esto disponible! La habitación era de tamaño normal, sólo suficiente para poner sus cosas y circular normalmente. Me encantaba la limpieza que era níquel y los productos de baño Yves Rocher. El desayuno era excepcional, creciente y fresco, frutas frescas y huevos molidos, acompañados de bacon grilado y jamón de jarabe de hierba. Incluso nos trajeron rotondas de tomates del jardín. No es necesario decirles que tenían gusto! Y si no terminas, la dama te traerá un saco para llevar tus crecientes. Una estancia excelente. ¡Vamos a cerrar los ojos!

Mi familia de nueve había planeado viajar a Chateau Beauvallon el 26 de diciembre hasta el 2 de enero. En los días anteriores a nuestra fecha de viaje, la crisis de salud pública COVID-19 había escalado a un ritmo que ninguna persona razonable podría haber esperado. El Gobierno pidió que se evitase cualquier viaje no esencial en Quebec y ordenó que las reuniones se limitaran a un partido del 6 de diciembre de 26. El tamaño de nuestra fiesta y el propósito no esencial de nuestro viaje nos colocaron en contradicción directa con las restricciones gubernamentales. No se trataba de las vacaciones que habíamos acordado o pagado. La falta de flexibilidad y la forma en que nos trataron este hotel tan decepcionante. Durante lo que es un tiempo increíblemente tentador, el Chateau Beauvallon fue muy poco profesional y injusto añadir insulto al daño de tener que cancelar una vacaciones familiares muy anticipadas a un costo elevado. No recomiendo este hotel a ninguna otra familia.

The hotel is rustic but gets the job done. No frills, but great value for the price. Highlights were the gas fireplace, hot tub for après ski, and proximity to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain. You could be at the chair lift in 5 min from stepping out the door. Amenities were fairly sp****, beds just so-so, towels stiff, not enough outlets by the beds, no bar or restaurant at the hotel. But the drawbacks were overshadowed by the value and the location. You could stay at the Fairmont for twice the price, but you spend all your time on the mountain anyway, not in the hotel room. We parked in the heated parking garage under the hotel and didn’t use our car once. You can walk everywhere in the village within 5-10min. The skiing was fantastic, ski school for the kiddos was perfect, and if you order lift tickets ahead of time you can request that they deliver them directly to the hotel. Great trip, we’ll be back!

En la Gran Logia por tres noches. El hotel está anticuado y podría benefici**** de un lavado de cara. Sin embargo, la ubicación es excelente. Si te gusta el esquí alpino, tienen un servicio de transporte que te lleva a Mont Tremblant (3 minutos). Si te gusta el esquí de fondo, hay senderos acondicionados ilimitados (clásicos y de skate) justo en la puerta de la Gran Logia. Se supone que debe pagar para usar los senderos, aunque no había área para pagar o personas que verificaban. También puedes alquilar fatbikes. No lo probamos, aunque los senderos parecían muy bonitos. La ciudad de Mont Tremblant también opera un autobús gratuito desde y hacia Tremblant y Ste - Jovite. La piscina y el jacuzzi son geniales, junto con la sauna y la sala de vapor para él y para ella. Si no está demasiado cansado, hay una pista de patinaje afuera del hotel con hogueras nocturnas y malvaviscos asados. Esperamos volver a este hotel. No probamos el restaurante, aunque se veía bien. Cocinamos nuestras propias comidas.

We stayed here over this past Christmas holiday (2022). The property itself is spread out over several buildings. Each building is 2 stories and contains 6+ units. Each unit has it's own private entrance and some have their own private porch. As such, there are no elevators. And because of the separate buildings, there are no porters or doorman or bellhops or dollies to help with your luggage. If you're assigned a 2nd floor unit (as we were), you'll have to carry your own stuff from the parking lot to the unit. Fortunately the parking lots for each building are close enough to the unit entrances such that even if your unit's entrance is on the side, it's not that far of a walk. Unfortunately, there are no assigned parking spots, so if the spot closest to your unit is occupied, too bad. The main building contains all the amenities - front desk, hot tub, pool, games, etc. And depending on your unit's location, it's either the next building over or a few buildings away. Our unit was in the building farthest away from the main building. We would have to either drive to the main building or take a 10-15 minute walk if we wanted to use the hot tub or other resort amenities. We booked a 2 bedroom unit. It was so worth it. The place was huge and very roomy for a family of 4. There was a gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen, huge living room and an equally large dining table. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The Wifi was strong and we didn't have any issues connecting or streaming videos. The nice touch was a mudroom entrance with a bench so one could take off your snow-covered clothing/shoes without tracking that stuff into the unit. What's missing are coat hangers so that we could leave our snow-covered coats there. The resort runs a shuttle to Mont Tremblant every 20 minutes. Unfortunately it doesn't stop near our unit, so if we wanted to take the shuttle, we would have to walk 10-15 minutes with all our ski gear. We ended up driving there instead. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and the resort staff did a great job clearing the snow from the parking lots as well as the sidewalks, stairs, and unit entrances. We didn't have any issues when we left in the mornings or when we returned in the evenings. The front desk people spoke English and were really friendly and made several excellent dining recommendations in nearby towns. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as well as the close proximity to Mont Tremblant. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing we would do differently is book earlier so that we could stay longer.

El hotel está muy bien, pero es limpio y tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia relajada. Entiendo que 9-10 meses del año AC no es necesario, pero cuando estás reservando en julio o agosto, deberían mencionar la falta de AC. El hotel está situado en el segundo piso, así que las habitaciones están en el tercer piso. No es necesario decir que es insoportablemente caliente, y el sueño es cerca de imposible. Si la situación inversa ocurriera (no calefacción en invierno), se consideraría inaceptable, pero el calor grave es tan desagradable y potencialmente peligroso como el frío extremo. Deberían mencionar simplemente la falta de AC en el momento de la reserva y las personas que dejan que los huéspedes decidan si quieren o no querer permanecer allí.
