Visited Monmouth to see an old friend, location is quite good, near a store and walking distance to main areas and food locations. Staff were accommodating and room was clean. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed the stay. The only thing I was suprised at the windows would not open, it was not possible to open them on the ground floor. So had to keep AC on for the room to feel like there was circulation which ended up giving me a cough. Other than that, really nice location, wished they had a bar.

An excellent and very pleasant and comfortable stay in a quiet location but within walking distance of the town centre. Meals excellent and staff and service exemplary.

Nice room, very clean with great parking available. It's in an excellent location at the foot of Monmouth. Really enjoyed it. But, the restaurant is not great. Everything is out of a freezer and microwave and I think fried eggs are stored under hot lights which is a turn off for me. Mine was rubberised overcooked. Its also expensive. Best avoided but the hotel accommodation is great.

We were heading from Shropshire to Cardiff for a 2nd funeral and needed to break journey en route and Monmouth fitted the bill. There was no road noise which was our main concern. A brilliant spot to relax and recharge for the following day

We enjoyed our stay here our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Restaurant is small but served good food with plenty of choice for breakfast. Just a short walk to town which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

An efficiently run Premier Inn with friendly staff. Everywhere is very clean and the food is properly cooked and served within the confines of a Premier Inn Thyme menu. Easily accessible off the A40 dual carriageway, with a free car park. Also within 5 or 10 minutes walk of Monmouth town centre.

Premier Inn is our main go to, as a wheelchair user the rooms don't disappoint. Not cheap nowadays and price can vary wildly from day to day.
