Roami at 250 Collins

The condition of the sofa was sickening, with all kinds of stains and no protective sheet at all. Dirty dishwasher full when we arrived, dirty bathroom and the bed sheets were full of stains too. Everything was greasy with dirt

Excellent location with lots of space for a group to stay. Minutes away from the beach, a children's playground, and right across the street was a store to pick up food items. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. This was a much better option compared to staying at a hotel, as it came with a kitchen. A point for improvement: Storage space in the bedrooms was lacking. One bedroom had a dresser, but the other bedroom didn't. Instead they had a small clothing rack. Since we were staying for 4 nights, it didn't allow us to fully unpack, but instead we had to live out of our suitcase. Bathrooms also didn't have much countertop space to put toiletries. Overall, I would stay here again!

Place is located near the beach, but the property started to flood from the bathroom within 10-20 minutes of us arriving, we had to re pack everything and they set us on another room that was poorly kept, curtains were dirty, shower towels were not clean and we had to wash them ourselves, comunicación was done via text but in all honesty I would not consider their properties for my future stays nor would I recommend them to any friends and family

Did not look like the photos. Very dirty. ********** on the bed. Very loud. We contacted ******* and the property and could not get another room. We left after being there for one hour and checked into another hotel. Would NOT stay here ever.

Fantastic property, apar**ents are spacious and very clean. Appreciated the good communication, easy check-in, stocked kitchens, and washer/dryer. Best property in South Beach!

Excellent value for money and quality. We got much more from this apar**ent than we expected. Excellent location (ocean, grocery store, restaurants, public transport, parking) everything you need is within walking distance. Very spacious, bright, cozy apar**ent, fully equipped kitchen, excellent soundproofing...) On the top floor of this house there is an outdoor pool and a pleasant relaxation area. There were small negative nuances, but they were so insignificant that they did not spoil the good impression of staying in this apar**ent. I confidently recommend this place for a vacation with family and friends.

The property is set in a great location. Everything fun is nearby walking distance. The unit had a washer/dryer, kitchen, everything I needed for my long term stay. The staff was great, helpful and attentive. I look forward to coming back and staying there.
