Estupenda atención. Servicio de desayuno , recepción y limpieza inmejorable. El spa y la piscina, aunque pequeños son un oasis del calor de la ciudad. El green service es un acierto. Hotel muy agradable. Solo recortaría el horario de check in: a partir de las 15 horas es muy tarde, corta un poco el día.

Initially I was in a room which was extremely cramped (I am a slim person and had trouble moving between the bed and the desk), the A/C did not work, the fan did not work, the seal on the glass door did not work - which flooded the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom did not work. After having to plead with the front desk staff for a different room and bring up the website which says that there are A/C and working fans, which was initially dismissed by the staff, I was moved to a different room which had all of the same issues except the fan in this room did work. Unfortunately the new room did not have any outdoor space and the vent for my room was located next to the plumbing for what I can only assume was the entire hotel because the sound of water moving was constant. I was informed by the staff that the A/C was not turned on - so that was an outright lie in advertising; then told by the staff to open my window if I wanted cooler air; when I opened my window while taking a shower, about 45 bugs entered my room and were on the ceiling so I was not able to kill them and had to have them in my room for the rest of my stay. On top of all of this, I had a stay with 2 rooms for a total of 17 nights and the staff would not give me any bottles of water that are part of the rewards program. I was point blank told by the staff that if I checked out and checked back in that I could then have the water, as it would only be rewarded during my next stay, but not during.

Séjour en famille à l'occasion des vacances de la Toussaint. Nous avons été enchantés par l'architecture de cette résidence de vacances. Très grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur la baie Les appartements sont spacieux, bien équipés. Les lits confortables et les terrasses très agréables Nous avons adorés être au 2ème étage (étage le plus haut) pour admirer la vue sur la plage

El servicio y la atención del personal es excelente; sin duda mantienen un alto standard de calidad y cuidado de sus clientes. Las instalaciones muy correctas y completas para disfrutar de la estancia en el hotel y buena comidad (tanto en variedad como calidad) del buffet.
