入住蒙自南湖希爾頓歡朋酒店的體驗非常好。酒店很新，停車也很方便。入住時前台的小李和小劉兩位小哥非常熱情，有問必答，並主動將預訂的湖景大床房給升級到湖景大床套房，並將退房時間延遲到14點。房間裏能看到全部南湖。早餐也非常豐盛，還有能做多種咖啡的瑞士優瑞咖啡機，超出我的逾期。如果一定要挑點毛病，早餐的麪包比較三流。我覺得北上廣深杭州成都這種超級大城市的四星以上國際酒店的麪包通常都比較好吃，四六級城市的酒店的貌似麪包的那種食物都非常難以下嚥😜

大堂：乾淨整潔，前台服務專業，微笑服務。 走廊：很乾凈，整齊，隔音效果較好，關上門在房間裏基本聽不到外面的響聲或震動。 床：是我喜歡的軟床，床品面料很舒適，枕頭也很軟。 淋浴：防滑地面，赤腳在地面上不覺得冰涼。熱水一放就有。洗浴用品彼得羅夫真心好用，好評。 洗手枱：空間還是夠用的。 書桌：辦公椅很舒適，可以轉動。 空調：開關是觸屏的，冷氣很足，太涼的話可以換“送風”功能，或者關一會兒。 窗簾：遮光效果一絕，大白天也能安心睡大覺。 房卡：乘電梯時刷一下房卡去房間所在的樓層了。 管家服務：敲門三聲，很規範。阿姨很和善。 早餐：豐盛味道好，新鮮的食材口感就是好。 視覺：顏色是我喜歡的紫紅色，牆壁上還蒙自城市特色的畫。 交通：從蒙自站出站就可以打車，十多分鐘就到。 地段：周圍亂七八糟吃的很多，要去哪裡都蠻近，蒙自並不大。 整體：酒店很新，整體就是很舒服。最後特別感謝萬經理，温柔善良，發自內心的服務是會讓人感動的。

蒙自希爾頓歡朋酒店是我雲南之行最滿意最喜歡最讓我驚喜的住所。不是之一。先説位置：酒店坐落在美麗的南湖岸邊。毗鄰南湖薈購物中心，吃喝玩樂購非常方便。三樓是美食層，各種菜系皆有；再説酒店的服務質量，絕對的五星！入住時我表達了希望能看湖景，值班的一位帥哥和美女當即給我升級了湖景房，真的令我喜出望外！坐在窗邊眺望綠樹環繞碧水如鏡的南湖，愜意與快樂充盈心頭。沿湖有西南聯大舊址及其他景點。交通亦非常方便。夜晚的南湖更是風景迷人！酒店的員工具有很高的職業素養，真誠温暖的笑容和問候如春風拂面。最後要説的是歡朋的早餐非常棒！各種菜餚豐富可口，尤其是甜點，十分精緻美味。來蒙自旅遊的朋友，選擇希爾頓歡朋酒店，一定會讓你收穫滿滿！

the reception was very kind to upgrade me to a bigger room.
the guard on the ground was also very kind to offer me a parking space near hotel gate but I prefer the underground one.
all set up are very good and handy except 1 minor issue. The bath gel / shampoo / conditioner are in bottles mounted on the wall. You need use one hand to squeeze the soft plastic bottle and use another hand to receive underneath and this is not very convenient. furthermore you need some muscle to squeeze and the height is too tall for a kid. So suggest to us an electronic sensor dispenser or one hand operation dispenser.

Good location.Excellent Nan lake view .A new Hampton in Mengzi is a correct choice for travelers.The staffs of hotel are kind and friendly.Most surprise is they prepared a baby’s cot in the room.

酒店位置非常好，出來就是商場，吃飯購物都方便，對面就是南湖公園可以逛逛。去海邊寨花卉市場的趕集也不遠！前台帥哥還幫忙升級了湖景房，因為帶着娃要午休，小姐姐又給延遲退了房。非常滿意的一次入住。另酒店早餐品種也豐富哦！點贊👍

酒店就在南湖邊上，配置的洗衣房對於出差在外時間久的我們很友好，位置優越吃飯出行方便，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，就是酒店電梯太慢，等的時間有點久，前台服務人員態度冷淡，希望能改善
