No buscábamos más que una cama por la noche, por lo que no examinamos las otras instalaciones. La habitación es muy pequeña, con muy poco espacio para poner un maletín. Me hubiera gustado el acceso a un tablero de ironing de tamaño completo en lugar de a un escritorio.

Estaba en una semana durante uno de los tiempos más ocupados del año para Melbourne - AFL Grand Final Week. La propiedad estaba en una ubicación excelente - tan central con tranvías en su paseo y a pie a lugares como la plaza Fed, el acuario de la vida marina, el complejo de coronas, el DFO, el centro de Burke Street y el tranvía de la Ciudad Circulea. La habitación era limpia y muy grande con una pequeña cocina que era agradable. Llegamos muy temprano antes de entrar y podíamos almacenar nuestras maletas mientras salíamos por el día. En el piso de la habitación, hay un pequeño restaurante con varias cocinas y un par de buenos estilos básicos de café que sirven café y desayunos. Sólo quejas menores serían que una de nuestras habitaciones no estaba lista cuando nos ingresamos (y habíamos vuelto el horror de medianoche así que realmente estaba esperando a un liego lol) y tuvimos que esperar un par de horas pero como dije antes de que fue GF semana La habitación era muy ocupada. Y una de las habitaciones era un poco más “cansada” que la otra, pero aún más adecuada. No estoy tomando realmente. Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía aquí.

This apartment was ideal - it had all you would need for a week long stay - washer, dryer, dishwasher. It was larger than my sons apartment in Canada Water in London. I could stream my own things on the TV - separate bedroom and lounge area. Safe in room. Plus a super unexpected bonus the room had a balcony. I would certainly recommend this to any traveller for short or longer stays. Plus there a lovely little friendly bar just a few minutes walk and Flinders station 10 min walk. If i come back to Melbourne i would stay here for sure.

I’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

Es un antiguo hotel y necesita la mejora. La zona de piscina es un desastre, dulce y abominable. Está muy antigua decoración. Hallway oscuro y brillante. La habitación estaba desnuda. El material de cabeza de cama estaba llegando aparte. No un hotel de 5 estrellas y definitivamente no vale la pena dinero. Hay hoteles más nuevos y más baratos en Melbourne con mejores instalaciones. La única cosa que fue fabulosa fue el desayuno. Amazing variety, wonderful staff and beautiful atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also great and convenient as it is close to amazing restaurants and bars. The cows were also comfortable.

Espero que la razón principal detrás de esto fue que fueron totalmente reservados con fans unidos de Manchester en para el juego de fines de semana pero como madre la oportunidad ocasional de tener realmente alguien amargo y reemplazar toallas es una novedad que yo aprovecho plenamente de eso fue La casa de baño es un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones. La última cuestión fue la factura recibida para nuestra estancia..todo bien y como esperaba, sin embargo $50.75 más se retiró de mi visado. Es un bono ... Comprendo totalmente y es reembolsable después de que se compruebe la habitación Pero ¿por qué no añadir una pequeña nota a la factura explicando esto y ahorrar tiempo al huésped y a su equipo explicando la carga adicional?? En general, fue una estancia decente y recomendaría, pero los problemas arriba mencionados deben ser eliminados rápidamente.

This hotel is pretty new, just opened a few months ago. The staff are friendly, we were able to check in 2-3 hours before check in time, many thanks! The pool is big and also the gym and sauna was much bigger than expected. Great rooms with bathrobe and everything you need. Many elevators, never needed to wait long.

Super nice hostel with a very friendly stuff. They are multilingual, which makes life easy for everyone new in town. Apart from that, it’s clean, they have a huge kitchen and a roof top (which is 🤩). There are small events that organized internally for people to gather together, such as a pizza time (for free!!) and so on. Good good!
