Near southern cross station where the Skybus terminal is, especially convenient as we had a really early flight to catch. The room is homey. Bathroom a bit dim though. There’s a bit of noise cause it was also close to the train and tram rails. Maybe not for light sleeper. But we don’t have much issue with that. The tram station is right at the door, can just hop on and off within the free tram zone to get to the really busy eating and shopping area along Swanston Street

everything was good but the tram is nearby which is kinda loud and annoying while sleeping. All besides that, would recommend for its facility

Good location
Trams stop at door step , get on free tram ride within city zone
Convenient travel around city area .
Room condition
Clean , but water leakage somewhere bathroom basin area .
Window , manual type roller blinds . Air con unit at living area only .

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Love the location of the hotel (right next to 1 - Spencer St/Flinder St Tram stop & it’s only around 5 mins walk from Southern Cross Station. Would really appreciate if indoor slippers are provided thou.

Completely facilities. Not really noisy than what I think even though trains and trams nearby. Good location which near CBD area.
The thing only require to pay extra if require cleaning service.
