When we walked into the room the first thing that was very noticeable was the bathroom door looked like it had been in a fight and lost. The shower tub felt squishy when stepping in which made me nervous about falling through the floor. The folks that owned the place were nice. Very hard to get into also as they don’t have their own driveway. You have to either go through the minimall driveway or the gas station. We missed it the first time and had to get back into that Atlanta traffic☹️

Are room was good, clean the chair in room was a little tattered, was looking for a nice class of juice for breakfast, machine out of order they should have put out carafes with juice no type of eggs or meat very plain breakfast, went Cracker Barrel next door. I would stay again if in area.

Room was clean. Room had some maintain issue. Handle to bathroom broke. Wall by window dripping from ceiling left a mark down the wall. Price I paid was to much for this type of room. Only was there for one night.

The room smelled old like the carpet needs to be shampooed and the bed spread on one of the beds did not smell fresh!

Laminate floor separated from concrete floor made a horrific noise and you couldn't avoid it going in and out of the room or to the bathroom. Also, every time you got off the bed, there was a banging/clanging noise in the bathroom...like the shower stall was separating from the wall?

The hotel was nice and the service was great. Breakfast was good. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance and a Wal-Mart right down the road.. It is in a great location. The room was clean, the linens we clean. We were comfortable.

Great location. I didn't have to travel to far from the hotel. The double beds were extremely small though. The continental breakfast could have offered more variety despite it being pretty much a cold breakfast outside of the waffles.

our restroom smelled like smoke and was worse in the AM - likely from someone upstairs smoking in theirs perhaps

We had a roach in our room. When attempting to get refund it became apparent a stall scam was in place. Lora said she would refund but had to call *******. Asked for number - she gave me wrong number I wasn’t leaving without resolve so told her wrong. Reached ******* only for the rep to attempt to call the hotel numerous time only to get a busy signal. ******* rep said the number was blocked. Lora acting as if she not aware of what is going on. I asked Rep to email Lora. Both emails never were received?? Not leaving or getting off the phone until resolved the rep transferred me to higher level rep. This person tried to call the hotel with no success. He then told me to put Lora on the phone. The other rep said this wasn't allowed. Only when this occurred did the issue and credit issue resolve
