"From the moment we arrived to the spectacular view and environment, we knew we had found a peaceful slice of paradise. The service was exceptional and consistently high for our week long stay even as the team became familiar with us. The attention to detail was remarkable. It felt as if we were in our own private villa with a team who knew our preferences and requirements. All our meals were delicious, from the table service breakfast through to either dining by the pool or the high quality fine diving experience in the restaurant. We have food allergies and it was handled perfectly, with many gluten free options and customizing of dishes. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The view from our balcony and the poolside will remain a life long memory. Reception helped us with excursions door-to-door including the local restaurant who were happy to collect and drop us back after dinner down at the harbour was a nice touch. The location is so close to the major attractions yet in a peaceful harbour town with its own bay between Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, with a direct view out to Capri, with local tours and trips on boat from the Massa Lubrense harbour arranged by the hotel. If we decided to spend a day in the hotel it was very comfortable to relax by the heated infinity pool with the stunning views. In summary, it is obvious to see why this hotel has a Michelin key and a Michelin recommended chef. Every member of the team were welcoming and excellent at providing the best experience for their guests. Thank you all - we will absolutely be back!"

"Our expectations were surpassed by this charming hotel. Our stay as we found out was at the end of their season but for us was a great time to be here. First the staff was wonderful, from the very informative personnel at the front desk, restaurant staff and very importantly the shuttle drivers who took us back and forth from hotel to Sorrento. The architecture of the hotel is unique and the grounds and pool area on the shores of mediterranean one of a kind. The restaurant breakfast which comes with your stay was excellent with a wide variety . And in the evening if you chose to stay in the food also was very good. The staff, Nicola, Maria, Alfonso, Francesco, Salvatore, Raffaele and Catello made our stay special"

"Empecemos por el hecho de que se trata de un hotel, por lo que cuenta con su propio y maravilloso restaurante con platos italianos y un buen servicio. Decidí cenar allí inmediatamente, pues las vistas al mar y a Capri me fascinaron. Las raciones eran pequeñas, pero todo estaba delicioso. En Villa Pina, ofrecen un desayuno italiano (todo en cantidad suficiente en una mesa aparte), que, sin embargo, me sorprendió por su variedad. Incluye fresas, sandía, peras y huevos, varios quesos y salami de prosciutto, además de zumo, cruasanes, mermelada, miel y tortitas. El hotel está situado en la carretera principal que viene de Sorrento; tiene aparcamiento propio y una parada de autobús cercana. Aquí no verá un hotel clásico al uso, sino una villa en el campo, donde sentirá el auténtico y acogedor ambiente del interior italiano. Toda la primera planta, donde se encuentra el bar del vestíbulo y la sala de estar con sillones y televisor, está decorada con todo tipo de platos, botellas, cerámica, lámparas de hierro forjado y muebles antiguos. Incluso me gustaría quedarme un día más para admirar todos los detalles y la decoración de la villa, si no fuera por la apretada agenda del siguiente viaje. Todo es tan acogedor y hogareño, que se nota que es un negocio familiar. En la azotea hay una fantástica terraza panorámica con tumbonas, jacuzzi y mesas, con pintorescas vistas de Capri. La habitación estaba limpia, había muchas toallas y geles de ducha. En general, todo estuvo bien, pero internet no funcionaba. Es agradable ver la puesta de sol desde el balcón, contemplar las terrazas de limoneros y todos esos frondosos huertos de Massa Lubrense. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con la bienvenida, el servicio y el tiempo que pasamos aquí."

"Never ever rated anything before, but this was the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed in, and I don’t want anyone to spend a penny here. In fact, I wrote this before I even left because it was that bad and we cut the trip one day short to get out of this hotel. We had a 5 day stay on the coast and decided to stay here as a home base. Laziest workers ever. Dirty hotel. Cheap hotel. Bed is basically plywood. Hotel dinner was $200 USD and the worst meal I had over our 13 day trip. We were told to call the front desk if we need anything at all. We called for a taxi the following morning and they said that they’ll give us the number so we can call them. We didn’t get through and asked them to call so we don’t miss our ferry. They said they’ll walk us through it so we can do it, rather than helping as they said they would originally. We messaged them at 3:39 PM requesting to be picked up via the free shuttle at 9:30 PM (they only require a 30 minute advance) , they responded at 8PM saying the shuttle is full and they can’t get us. They told us to get on the 11 PM shuttle. Me and my wife had to spend 50+ USD on a taxi to get back so we weren’t stuck in Sorrento for another hour and a half in the cold and dark. We got back at 9:30 exactly from sorrento and saw the shuttle driver on the phone watching a soccer game in the front parking lot. They told us waters to the room would be included and stocked daily. They were not restocked ever. We called asking for water ( after we got a taxi back when they wanted us to stay out till 11), and once we told them the room number, they laughed and said we can go down there and get it. We called the front desk asking for an iron (because they don’t have one for each room) and they said they can’t have anyone bring it to us until 7AM, it was 5:45 AM… How are you a “4 star resort” and don’t even have irons for people to use."

Located in the little village of Torca, in Massa Lubrense (near Sant'Agata) its super easy to get from here to any of the neighbouring towns in the Amalfi coast - half an hour to Sorrento, Positano and Nerano! The owner. Giuseppe, is so helpful and will go out of his way to plan a lovely itinerary for you so you can see all the sights. The rooms and huge, new and so clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The showers are amazing, with side jets and a rainfall shower too! And the breakfast that's whipped up in the morning is a total delight. I highly, highly recommend this as a base for anyone considering a trip to the Amalfi coast."

"Un lugar terrible, la recepcionista fue grosera, no había refrigerios, té ni café. Las habitaciones eran muy básicas. No había restaurantes cerca, estaba en medio de la nada. Se necesita coche, pero mucha suerte en las carreteras y en el aparcamiento. 70 € en taxi solo ida desde la estación de Sorrento. Demasiado remoto y sin nada. No tengo ni idea de cómo lo llaman hotel. Teníamos previsto quedarnos 5 noches, sufrimos una y pagamos más de 760 £ por un alojamiento alternativo."
